   I love this pharmacy. It is so well run and the pharmacist is very helpful and has saved me no end of visits to my GP surgery. I have my covid and flu jabs here. The staff are incredibly helpful and my repeat prescription is always ready on time. There are 3 chemist's in Alsager but this one is by far the best, in my opinion. They have all of the vitamins, cold & flu remedies you need as well as specialist items and electronic medical gadgets too. If they don't have an item that you want, they get it for you. I think this chemist meets your needs and more.

   Great pharmacy in Alsager. You can get uou covid boosters and flu jabs here. The pharmacist is great for offering advice and reassurance if you can't get in to see your gp. I have my monthly meds sent here from my surgery in Scholar Green. The service is super quick and efficient. Lovey team of staff who are so helpful. The delivery drivers are always a good laugh. I have an eye condition at the moment and I am unable to drive. I can ring the chemists and request a home delivery without any problems. I feel sure there are other chemists in Alsager, but I know, whatever I need, I can find in here. Thank you for your hard work. X

   Unprofessional services, held no responsibility on their mistake, didn’t deserve any star! I asked the staff if there were 2 prescriptions inside the bag, they replied yes so I paid for the fee. I didn’t open the bag because I trust them. Unfortunately after I back home, found that there were 2 boxes of same medicine inside(I need 50 tablets so that’s why there are 2 boxes) tried to call them but the telephone line had problem, couldn’t get through for 2 days so I sent email instead, I didn’t receive any reply so I went there again. The staff work on Saturday said there was no stock for the missing prescription and will get back to me. I also told them the telephone line had problem but no one fix it after a week and of coz no one call me at all. After one week no one is handling my issue so I went there for the 3rd time, they said if it’s my mistake that 2 boxes must be different medicine and asked me to bring the medicine to the pharmacy to prove and refuse to let me know if the missing medicine is back to stock. Okay I went there for the 4th time, showed them the bag, they insisted they gave me the medicine last week, also blame me I should check the bag before leaving the pharmacy. They are just ridiculous, they made a mistake, need a patient to travel to the pharmacy for few times because they couldn’t reach by phone or email and no one cares! And at the end they insist they have no fault! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy, they are not reliable and are irresponsible!

   I wouldn't go anywhere else now to get my monthly prescriptions dispensed. Mo and his team are super helpful and friendly and I've had both of my Covid vaccinations here too! Highly recommended for anyone looking to get prescriptions dispensed quickly!

   One step down from useless. Cannot be relied upon at all. Can't admit a simple mistake like any adult or professional would and caused unnecessary delays that meant we have to start again but taking a few steps back health-wise directly because of their lack of competence and refusal to sort a simple matter out. Yet we went to Tescos and got it sorted straight away. Do not deserve their position at the doctor's surgery. Can't trust them to get the prescription right so is worth taking a few more minutes to go elsewhere. Can we do a weekly boo for patronising amateurs.
