   I cannot thank the team enough for the care they gave my dog Maya during a very serious emergency. She was diagnosed with a severe closed pyometra and was extremely unwell when we arrived. From the moment we walked in, the staff were calm, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She was stabilised overnight, carefully monitored, and taken into surgery once it was safe to do so. The communication throughout was excellent, everything was explained clearly, honestly, and with kindness, which made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to cope with. The surgery went well, and thanks to their quick action and expertise, she is now recovering home. I truly believe their prompt, skilled care saved her life. I’m beyond grateful to the vets and nurses involved and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone facing an emergency. Thank you all so much.

   I would love to thank Joe for all the help and kindness you and the staff should to Mistde and my family while trying to get Mistde better until she got to ill, Also to thank Joe so much for comeing to our home to make Mistde's last few hour's so peaceful, and for the arrangement with Whitley Brook pet funeral parole for us, Could you pls Thank Witley brook for all that they did for mistde, sorry this as took me a month to send but it as been very hard foe me and still is.

   Incredible vets. Always very clean and tidy! Jen is absolutely amazing. She is extremely patient and helpful with both dogs, especially the male who has aggressive tendencies. Jen shows so much care and passion, she’s a star.

   Our little daxie comes to Rose Cottage for acupuncture to help with his epilepsy. Our vet Joe is so lovely & has really taken the time to get to know us as owners & the needs of our dog; he can be a little spicy with new people especially men, however Joe has a very calm & reassuring demeanour that has earned Peri’s trust - he doesn’t give this lightly! Amazing team. We have also seen Jen during an Out of Hours appt who was equally as lovely. Would very highly recommend!!

   Took a bird here at short notice that unfortunately, our cat had caught. Staff were helpful on the phone and in person and very accommodating. Unfortunately the bird was very poorly, so they put it down the same day. I don't know what we would have done had they not been there.

   I was recommended to the practice by a friend who couldn't speak highly enough of them and I can now see why. A spotlessly clean modern practice with friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. We saw Dr Joe Martin who was able to pinpoint a medical condition that had been missed elsewhere and although I was very concerned about the risks of surgery on an elderly dog, he gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and took great care with her. I am in no doubt she would not be with us now had we not attended here. The costs were not as great as anticipated and the care shown to both our girl and ourselves was superb. We would not now go anywhere else.
