My elderly cat was taking strong painkillers for injury to base of his tail. He had become unwell and vomited during the evening and seemed agitated. The out of hours service was excellent and booked an appointment 20 mins drive away. The vet examined my cat thoroughly and reassured me that he was ok and that the vomiting was unlikely to be related to the medication. She was very understanding and asked me to ring back if I had any further concerns during the night.

Very helpful and polite. The vet listened to my concerns and advised me on all options to treat my cat. I went away feeling happy that my cat had the best care possible. Reception was also very helpful and explained the cost and helped with insurance forms on my behalf.

5 stars for OOH service. Yes it's expensive, but call out fee explained on the phone prior to visit. Reception staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Esme the vet we saw was calm, efficient and thorough, explained treatment, offered advice and was in my opinion very caring. Would use again if needed.

Bear was brought suffering from a severe boas attack his sats were 60 and his temp really high really struggling to breathe and going blue, the staff acted swiftly to bring this under control which basically saved bears life, the after care was equally efficient but also done with compasion they spent time with bear giving cuddles etc which bear loves especially when he would have been out of his comfort zone,at every stage they kept us up to date with his progress which put us at ease in such a terrible situation.we can't thank the practice enough for all that they did to help our little boy who now his safely back home and doing really well thanks to the whole team for everything you did !!!

What can I say. Iβm still overwhelmed by the amazing experience Iβve just had with Vets Now Wrexham! From the moment I arrived until I left, Deb and Gloria were the most authentic, caring people and I couldnβt put into words the thanks I have for them. I rang Vets Now helpline where I was able to easily be triaged and spoke to Deb on the phone regarding my male cats odd behaviour. I thought he was constipated, however, Deb was able to suggest (without worrying myself) that it could be a blockage in his urinary tract. I followed her advice and kept an eye on him and after not passing urine for another 2 hours, I was able to be seen quickly and for Mickey to have his procedure and be home in under 2 hours!! Words canβt express the gratitude we as a family have for you! Without Vets Now Wrexham, Deb and Gloria, who knows what could have happened to Mickey Mouse Michael Jackson W! We will be eternally grateful to you and will 100% recommend you to everyone. Thank you so much

I came home from a day out, to find my 2 year old corgi limping and listless. 7pm on a Saturday isnβt the best time to have an unwell dog. I called and was told to bring her straight over. The staff were amazing and Brie was even wagging her tail while being examined. We are home now and I feel so relieved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. A quick update. Brie is moving freely, her back seems so much better. I am eternally grateful for the support I got from the whole team

I would have given no star if I could of. This is a company that is all about money. I took my dog Christmas eve to emergency as this company is what my usual vet is using. The vet I seen was brilliant no problems there. My problem with this company is that I took my dog left a insurance form at time of visit and filled in email paper work they sent even after I did all that i was getting constant text and emails that I owed money. They had the nerve to charge Β£25 admin fees to go through insurance company and I had to send all the paper work to insurance company. I would NEVER use this company again.

Running a local cat rescue (Candy and Tibby Trust) I have known the staff at Vet's Now for many years now. They have always gone out of their way to give a professional service, yet again tonight Rue, Esme, and team have gone out of their way to help me support a sick cat in our care. I highly recommend them to go above and beyond for pets needs in any emergency, thank you all yet again Paul.
