   Zoe saved my family cat from the brink of death 3 years ago, she’s still fit and healthy. She also helped to give my other family cat an extra few months with us before we had to make the very tough decision. I have had terrible experiences myself at other vet practices with my last dog so decided to register my new puppy with Caerwys even though it is a little further away, at least I know I can trust them. I have received exceptional service and my little Sally has had the best care. Lauren and Emma have been fantastic with us and have both made a good fuss of my puppy. You can tell everyone at the practice loves animals and they never leave you waiting. I called at 9am on a Sunday and they saw me swiftly after. They also charge fairly and are much better priced than other practices. Couldn’t recommend enough!✨

   My 18year old cat had to be put to sleep, she had never been ill in those 18 years ,I didn't want her being stressed by the car journey to vets ,they came to my home, the vet was so understanding of my sadness, I just could not watch her being put to sleep, I've got to say the vet and her assistant were absolutely magnificent,after they had put her to sleep they took my cat out to their van ,she was wrapped up in a lovely blanket and carried like a baby, I would recommend this vets to anyone

   I took my chicken here this week walked in and was seen within ten minutes, unfortunately we had to put the chicken down and it was very upsetting for myself and my four year old daughter. The staff were so compassionate and caring, really sensitive with the situation. They gave my daughter a book about dealing with losing a pet, then even made foot prints from our chicken for her to bring home with her! They gave me loads of advice and were so incredible I could not say better things about them! We then received a card this week to say they were sending their love, such caring people!

   We were staying in Caerwys on holiday and our little collie injured her leg quite badly. The practice saw her within an hour of us phoning on Wednesday and were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The next morning I called up for some help and again they saw her really quickly, we were made to feel like it was no trouble, and they were just lovely. The service overall was excellent and the costs were really competitive too! We visit quite regularly and it's really reassuring to know there is a great practice nearby! Thank you so much, we really appreciate your help ❤️

   My elderly dog became ill overnight and got worse this morning. I phoned the surgery and they could see her today. I knew what the outcome would be. The staff were very kind to my dog and us and the vet explained what she was doing as she examined Lucky. As we expected she had come to the end and the vet and nurse did what had to be done. I can only say thank you for being so kind to my dog in her last hour.

   Recently my senior dog was treated there and subsequently put to sleep. Staff were courteous, caring and showed so much love for my boy. Only fault was on the Friday being left in a freezing car park.

   Truly this veterinary practice is 5 star. Zoe and her team are so caring with my beloved boy Ollie I could not fault there care and devotion to him, and Lauren especially - but then they all special. There dedication to there work during theses difficult times has been impressive with all covid measures. I can't thank them enough, what a great Vets.
