Worst cat hotel ever. Edit: As response to the owner. I did not find it justified at the time to offer more of my time explaining why I find it the worst due to being unsatisfied with the owner attitude. I was barely able to stay on call for 45 seconds due to unnecessary behaviour. When I have called to request more information regarding the price of the cat hotel, length of stay and if they also offer cattery, the owner was very rude. He did brush me off in an unpolite manner, despite my interest in the services. When posting a review everything is considered, especially the customer service provided. I did choose not to have my cats stay at that hotel and not bother with further information. I am unable to trust somebody who behaves poorly with a client, which comparing to a cat, is capable of defending themselves, or leaving a review for others.
