   Took my staffy in today for a bath and groom. They definitely bathed him — I’ll give them that — but the “groom” part must’ve been optional, because he came home completely unbrushed and shedding like a snowstorm in July. We ended up spending another 30 minutes brushing him ourselves… you know, the thing we actually paid for. When we rang to complain, the lady came out with the best excuse ever: “It was a hectic day and I forgot to mention we used a special hair blower that makes dogs shed for 24 hours.” Brilliant. She forgot to tell us, and also forgot to actually BRUSH him… But funnily enough, she didn’t forget to take the full £30 for half a job. Asked for a partial refund — she refused. So if you enjoy paying for a bath and then doing the grooming yourself at home, this is the place. Everyone else — avoid.

   Lauren did an amazing job with our shih tzu today which she is very protective and nervous with new people she groomed her hair exactly how we wanted her we have been a couple of times with her and we love taking her here now and very responsible prices to!

   What a lovely little business, took my dog for the first time today. The lady was really welcoming and made me and my dog feel at ease. Perfect cut,would highly recommend. We will definitely be booking again.

   My little Sally is an old Cavalier King Charles with anxiety issues and very frightened of other dogs and humans. Lauren was amazing and I couldn't believe Sally giving her a kiss at the end of her grooming. Highly recommend and great value for money.

   Took my rescue dog freddie here on friday he is four half years old he went in in needing a good trim he came out looking all handsome and tidy really happy with him lauren was brilliant with him he can be a bit timid being a rescue dog but he was great

   Amazing groom for my mini schnauzer. Willow just loves it here. When I puck her up she's trotting around thinking she owns the place. I've tried other groomers and have been utter disasters. Lauren really does know her breeds and how they should be clipped. She discusses with you first and anything different she does. Would 100% highly recommend.

   I’ve taken both my boys here and they come out smelling and looking amazing. If you tell Lauren exactly how you would like your dog to be groomed, she will do that. Great care is taken by her to ensure your pooch is happy and my boys Love her! Highly recommend!
