   Natalie gave Lottie her first trim today which was long overdue and clipped her claws including a badly overgrown dew claw, her attention to detail and overall care is second to none and Lottie looks lovely,we are delighted to have found such a caring dog groomer as newcomers to the area,many thanks.

   5 stars isn’t enough. Natalie is amazing. Highly trained, knowledgeable and caring. I’ve been coming 5 months now and my boy gets groomed every 4 weeks. We had a ‘meet and greet’ appointment first where Natalie showed me her salon, equipment and qualifications. Even tested equipment on my 46kg American Akita to get him use to it all and gauge his reactions. Even though my boy was groomed regularly prior to moving to North Wales at his first appointment Natalie discovered his coat was in poor condition and sought professional advice from Master Groomers and Trainers whilst attending Crufts. Natalie purchased specialist shampoos and advised me on brushes, coat management sprays and a company to obtain from resulting in me binning all the brushes I’d spent 100’s on purchasing everything she’d advised. My boy has never looked so good and his coat is 100% better than it ever has been. I can’t thank and recommend Natalie enough. I highly highly recommend Pawsome / Natalie to anyone.

   Would highly recommend! Our dog comes back a pampered pooch, his coat is shiny and conditioned and he smells lovely. He has sensitive skin which Natalie takes into account and it has cleared up so well. She only uses the best products and the attention to detail is amazing. He’s always so happy to see her. I won’t take him anywhere else!
