I visited Birkenhead store this morning and received excellent customer service from Annie. Annie was very welcoming and professional and made the visit so enjoyable as we needed to change a ring that was too big. Annie also helped me with some cleaning and maintenance advice . Following my daughter ordering the wrong size bracelet for her sisters 50th birthday on line we took it to the Birken head shop expecting the worst because it was an online purchase How mistaken we were it was exchanged for the correct size with no issues The manager and staff at this shop are so helpful and clearly know how to look after their customers, I purchased another charm and a necklace an excellent shopping experience thank you

I visited store today to purchase a giftcard for a friend. The store was light, airy and inviting. The staff where friendly, helpful and professional. I'm not one for wearing jewellery myself, although there was a wide range suitable for varying tastes. I liked the idea of purchasing a giftcard as it gives the recipient choice when making a purchase for themselves. I opted for the additional gift wrap which looks great and I'm certain will be much appreciated.
