Knowledgeable about what would be best for the specific ring, and gave it a good check over including the setting, so everything would be perfect for the big day. When I got it back it looked better than when it was bought!

Picked an engagement ring for my partnere in this store. The service was amazing, Liv sat down with me and made me feel welcome. She found exactly the ring I was looking for and offered me drinks. Also, if you don't know the exact size you need they have a lab on site where they can make adjustments so that the ring fits your partner perfectly and is unique. Highly recommend.
A top jewellers, unable to fix my watch bracelet, suggested I take it to Joshua’s independent jewellers Birkenhead. The lovely staff at Joshua’s were able to adjust my watch clasp while we waited. Excellent customer service. Friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommended
Sally and Craig were extremely helpful and attentive today when my husband and I came in to buy a ring. They were also helpful sorting repairs for another ring of mine. When they heard it was my birthday they presented me with a bottle of Prosecco! Most unexpected! Thanks also to the jeweller upstairs who altered the size of my new ring in a couple of hours. Very impressive service throughout.
