we liked the food just fine. i suggest the pumpkin curry while the vegetables ramen was too spicy for our liking. the view is great and the staff was alright

Service was awful. Guy with glasses and curly hair, pushing nervously to get me out of the table for two. I’ve spend 40 pounds to have a pleasant elaborate meal and drinks by myself but was completely pressured to leave or order my next thing. Glass given with my beer was dirty with hair and limescale inside and out. Never again, fastfood done badly, waiter should find an other job where a smile is not necessary

First time here and it was superb. Service from Rory was above and beyond and the food was amazing. The view was stunning too. I’ve already recommended this place and shall be back. The one thing which let it down was the toilet. That was 2*.

As a sushi lover, I am so disappointed with the quality of sushi here, though the appearance looks just okay. Ms curly hair female staff also seem not happy to serve, it is too rare to have that kind of “not welcoming” vibe in Edinburgh so we know when we encounter one. I thought it was just me but my friend also felt the vibe. Their so called unlimited green tea, was also disappointing. We were expecting it to be on a teapot so we could share and just pour it on our tea cup or something, it turned out they give it to you on 1 plastic cup and have to tell the staff to refill it every time. So it is basically only good for 1 person, you can’t share it. We also tried the stir fried Yakisoba and I am also disappointed. I was expecting for its distinctive and appealing aroma, fragrance, etc… unfortunately neither of it is present. It looks like an instant noodles put on a compact bowl. The only thing I probably liked is the location just right princess street and with a good view of the city if you are near the side windows.

Accidentally, I found out that, they have bottomless service on Thursdays. Good service, reduced one star for the variety of dishes on the belt. Regardless, excellent for this price. I saved more than 70£s apparently.

It's yo sushi, so fairly good experience. Really nice view if you are by the windows. All ordering is done via your phone which is great if you don't want to interact with anyone too...

Food was beautiful. Looked amazing but too ages to arrive. The place was mostly empty yet still took them around 30 minutes to deliver. The service staff were kind and helpful. Nice view also.

Visited today with an original booking for 1pm however we were 45mins early after getting done with what we were doing. They very kindly took us. Explained how it all works and were very accommodating. The gentleman who dealt with us upon arrival was so helpful. Upon seeing me on crutches he told me to let him know when leaving and he would reverse the escalator for me to gey down to the street level again from the restaurant. I really felt this was so kind of him as I would never have asked and would have tackled the stairs. The restaurant wasn't too busy, there was screens up and we felt very very safe for my mums birthday treat. The place was clean and tidy. Food was delicious and very fresh! We will definitely be back again. I would strongly recommend booking in advance as one large group was turned away when we entered. Possibly down to the number they allow in as per covid guidelines.

Really fast service. Lots of space. All ordering is done via app, and you have an LED strip on the table telling you when your order is in the kitchen and on the way to you. Delivery is generally done via conveyor belt. BEAUTIFUL views of Princes Street, the gardens and the edge of Old Town. Delicious food. Portion sizes are slightly on the smaller side, but sushi is filling. Presentation was lovely.
