Pleasantly surprised! Visiting from California, so I was not expecting great Asian food. Usually not a big fan for Asian fusion but we were craving something other than pub food. I ordered the ramen and hubby ordered a chicken rice bowl. Asian flavors were wonderful. Vibe was welcoming but busy. Service was great. A definite repeat.
Saturday 8pm waited like 5 minutes to get a table. They gave us menu while standing in the waiting area, which felt a bit odd imo. Food selection was great. Prices were reasonable for the location. We did like our food, but I would appreciate a little bit more taste in my gochujang pork belly ramen. It felt a little bland in my opinion. Wasn't a fan of the corn as well. Would try a different ramen next time. You can order free green tea. Waiters were professional. Music was a little loud and did not match the environment. Toilets are upstairs. Would come back.
Wanted to eat next door but the hour long wait in the cold was too much. We are glad we went to wagamama, because we really needed veg. Really nice pad thai salad. Super fast service.
wagamama's food taste is good but i will say it's not like the actual korean authentic tastebud. took chicken options but they gave same sauce for both of the different dishes...no change. service was really good. you can pay in wagamama app from your phone and by logging in can get free prawn crackers.
Wherever we go and come across a Wagamama restaurant we like to stop by. Although it is a chain you get a sense of personal approach even in such a busy place as St. Andrew's Square. The food is honest and the drinks are prepared perfectly. Very nice space with a garden and seating upstairs with a view of the entire establishment.
Decent food! Ramen was refreshing and nice for a colder rainy day. Noodles were a bit stuck together. Broth was a bit watery. Could have had more depth of flavor. Beef buns were definitely a miss though. Meet was dry sad sauce is not good.
First-time experience. Was hesitant because I found the street menu hard to read. Drew up the courage and went inside. Got a little more time to read and understand the menu and then got ready for a taste sensation. Boy, it did not disappoint. Loved it, and so did the rest of the family. The deserts were also unusual and a great taste experience. The staff were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. A lovely wrap-up to our visit to the city. We'll done wagamama for a super lunch and taste experience. We will be back for sure.
The food was delicious! The deserts were even better. Sadly it was about a 20 minute wait to get in when I came around 7pm. Service was great, the food came quite fast, although our food did not come out together, and our appetizer came out long after both of our mains.
