   I'm writing this review to commend one of your members of staff Izzy for going above and beyond to keep up with a demanding evening of service. She was alone on the shop floor with no assistance just after a refurbishment and doing so with lovely customer service. She was serving on till whilst also fetching fresh sushi from back of house and as well as having to apologise to customers as there orders were unable to be fulfilled after already having paid at the self service screen. Whilst Izzy service was great, both customers and staff deserve to see more of your staff assisting with a busy evening in hospitality. Kudos to Izzy. Love the veggie sushi collection, hate the mint.

   I always have a great experience at this East-Asian-inspired fast food restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, whether I’m dining in or ordering takeaway. Their food is prepared fresh every day and offers plenty of healthy options, including great choices for vegetarians. For the quality, the pricing is very affordable, which makes it an even better find. One staff member, John (JJ), truly stands out. He’s always friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and clearly dedicated to his work. His professionalism and welcoming attitude make every visit even better. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for fresh, healthy, and delicious food with excellent service.

   Not tried Itsu before and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was very tasty and decent portion for a light meal. Unfortunately at dinner time when I went, most of the seating area had been cordoned off so there were only a few seats inside. I also wish the cutlery hadn't been wood as I hate that, but I know they're into eco friendly so fine

   Excellent choice of food and very tasty according to my companion! (I just had a peppermint tea). Fast service but really fresh, put together as you order it on the interactive screens - very easy to use even if you aren't used to that kind of thing I would think. Impersonal but that's to be expected of a chain like this! Really one of the better chains with decent vegan options, as well as gluten free - and more veg than you'll get almost anywhere else!

   First time going to Itsu. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was really good. The order screens are great as they let you take the time to browse what's available. We ordered some sushi to share and some rice bowls and drinks. Service was pretty fast all the good was ready in about 3-4 minutes. We ate in and the seating area was clean and tidy (although we were there just before lunchtime) The food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. My only complaint would be that the toilets were out of service.

   Probably one of my favourite sushi places in Bath. It’s very reasonably priced. The food is always fresh and delicious. Ordering is so easy on the kiosk machines, it even shows the allergens in each dish they have. Definitely worth going!

   Lovely settings and good prices food. Love the spicy vegan udon noodles and the Green tea. Lots of choices for vegans and good portions.food is served piping hot and hits the spot. Loads of seating in the back and pleasant decor. Also good selection of teriyaki, siricha and soya sauces.

   Fast Asian spot. Dumplings, katsu, noodles, sushi. The gyoza was ok nothing particularly special tbh but the broth had flavor. Miso soup was good. The egg was odd. Staff lacked some enthusiasm. But it's a reliable fast option for £10. Not bad by any means and it's good to see these places opening. Maybe I'm spoilt by my Asia experience

   A nice place to eat sushi if you want to have it ready in a moment and to take away. No need to add extra soy sauce it you are not taking it away as you can get as many as you want in there.
