   Dismal. Placed an order for £40 of food, after an hour tried to contact the restaurant. No reply from either number. 2 and a half hours later order was rejected by text. Hungry and haven’t been refunded. Don’t waste your time with this place.

   I found Mania on the Uber eats application, mine was a bad experience, the sausage and fiarielli pizza did not have Tuscan salcia as it says on the menu but it had salami and the fiarielli were few, the pepperoni pizza was cooked badly.

   Placed my order around 13:30 and was told my ETA would be around 14:30 - I get that restaurants around the holidays are busy with orders so didnt mind waiting that amount of time. 2 hours later I tried phoning just to see what was happening, 10 unanswered phone calls later I've decided to pack it in and order from elsewhere instead. I'd advise anybody ordering via their site to opt for the "pay in cash" option...that way if your order isn't in sight you won't have the rigmarole of trying to get a card refund from them. Maybe they're getting the chickens fresh from the coop and plucking then cooking them? At least that would explain why the orders take so long...

   Recently made an order on UberEats. Understanding the possible commotion and the fact that perhaps the place was having tons of orders due to the holiday, I cannot say that I wasn’t disappointed. The initial order was placed at 7:40Pm and then cancelled 3 hours later. The staff barely picked up the phone when the app suggested me to call. When taking the final call, I was told that I was not delivered my food due to my own error. And that there was an attempt to contact me, while the app never updated to even say that the food was up for delivery. Never tried the food here, but the service was simply bad.

   The worst, most overpriced pizza I've ever eaten. It was an hour late... We waited outside in the cold and pouring rain for 45 minutes because apparently it was "only one minute away". When the pizzas finally arrived, they were like stone cold pieces of cardboard. We've had much better frozen pizzas. To charge £30 for these is an absolute disgrace. Save yourself a lot of money and disappointment and buy frozen pizzas instead. They'll taste better and fill you up more.

   Awful food. Terrible delivery time. £18 For what??? Just eat refunded my money as they were embarrassed by this 'pizza' from Mania. I also ordered the cheeso onion rings; bereft of any cheese. They went right in the bin and the pizza was so over cooked it had dried out and gone wafer thin. Incredibly poor in this day when even your average, low end chippy can bang out a decent pizza and these guys can't. AVOID!

   New Review: 1 star gave an ETA of an hour but didn't arrive for an hour and a half, called them after an hour and 20 min and they delivered it very hot 15 min later so sounds like they forgot the order and very quickly got it done after calling them.. ridiculous amount of time to wait for food.App still doesn't have tracking and seems very simple 1+ year on. For drinks they have a selection of 1L or 1.5L but don't actually deliver what you order, they gave 1L and 330ml. Old review: 5 star Everything tasted amazing, got the Family meal deal (comes with 2 Pizzas, a box of chicken, and 3 bags of fries). One of the best Pizzas I've had. They got lost so food was slightly cold but still good enough without reheating. App was slightly confusing, you can't log in and get receipt via email which I kinda expected. Amazing food though, will definitely buy again :D

   Ordered from them tonight and unfortunately had some items missing. However we just gave them a call and a very nice delivery driver came back with our food plus chocolate cake! It was a simple gesture but much appreciated. The rest of the food was very tasty and I really enjoyed the pizza in particular.
