   Gorgeous small restaurant in Bruntsfield. We knew it was a fish restaurant but had no idea how exceptional the quality of the cooking would be. The concept of the small plates with the sharing main was fun. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and were able to accommodate my dietary requirements easily. The atmosphere was cosy and relaxed. Definitely somewhere we will go back to and recommend to others.

   Blown away by this unassuming but fantastic restaurant tucked away in bruntsfield. Small plates were outstanding - cured trout, huge scallops with a lovely spicy sauce, fresh oysters, smoked cod pate, warm goats cheese salad, and we shared a main of the tagliatelle with octopus ragu (between 3 of us). Wine was great, and so were the cocktails. Service was excellent, and plenty of tables on a Friday night (surprisingly!) would definitely come back.

   We had such a scrumptious dinner. An excellent variety of plates and some really great specials. We had wonderful scallops, clams, bbq courgettes, salted cod and more. We also order the chips, which were perfectly cooked. And a yummy dark chocolate mousse with raspberries. Service was excellent with knowledgeable staff and an excellent drinks menu!

   Fin & Grape as recommended on Top Jaw had me trying things I never thought I would. Thanks Wendy for your great suggestion of monkfish, so good and very difficult to describe. I also got some fantastic sourdough, fries, wine, and the salted Yorkshire rhubarb parfait. Wonderful evening! Fin is the restaurant and Grape is the wine bar downstairs.

   The most incredible food full of flavour. I came here for my graduation, which the staff were nice enough to give me a card to congratulate me! The food is so fresh and incredible quality. The waitress was so lovely and explained the menu and dishes for us. Would recommend coming here if you want something very special.

   We have been to Fin & Grape twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. On both occasions the food was excellent, however the dinner was especially memorable. We had the dressed crab, langoustines and monkfish large dishes, as well as a selection of the smaller plates. Every dish was delicious and we would come back for a third time. The staff are lovely and really add to the experience. They know their wines, as well as the food, making the experience sublime.

   A lovely visit, we are really glad to FINALLY be able to sit in. The food was delicious but very expensive for the amount we received. Fin&Grape is a place to go for a lovely visit. Would visit again but only when the menu changes to see what is new. Positives: Great quality and delicious food, friendly and lovely staff Negatives: very pricey and not filling
