This was the best food we had in Edinburgh! Everything was delicious, the staff were so nice, the cocktails were good, and the overall ambiance was cozy and fitting. I would say that it is not the cheapest place we had dinner (but also not the most expensive one), but we thought it was so worth it! Would definitely go here again + recommend it to my friends.

Absolutely fabulous. Everything from the food to the service was perfect. We came here for a lunch around 12:30 on a Thursday, and our waiter was the sweetest and most attentive person! We had masala chai along with momo (because of COURSE you need momo at a Nepalese restaurant!), small plates of korma chicken, saag paneer, dhal makani, and dhal (parka?), and garlic naan. All of it was delicious and we really loved having awesome conversation with him as well. Couldn't recommend it enough!

We had an absolutely lovely meal here. Food was gorgeous but it was our waiter Stefanos who really made our night! He was so lovely and told us lots of funny stories. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

This establishment offers a genuine Nepalese and Indian culinary experience, featuring delectable dishes. Raja's Gohst is particularly noteworthy, alongside the Manchurian Chicken Chilli and the cocktail selection is designed to complement the cuisine. Garlic nans were light and flavoursome. Service with a smile, will be back.

This is the best Indian dinner Iβve had in Scotland. We came in tired and hungry and walked away warm & well fed. The piping hot chicken biryani with the cold, minty raita is a banging combination. The staff is lovely & the ambiance is gorgeous. Lovely meal, canβt recommend it enough!

Reserve a table in advance, you'll be glad to have come here. Having lived in the US for past 20 years I've noticed how ethnic restaurants here often show pride in their narrative - there are beautiful pictures, personal and tasteful local art, the color palate runs through menus and dishes, complementing the vibrant food, and a drink is brought to the table with a relevant narrative of its origin. The food was delightful, well balanced in its heat, and artful. What also stood out to me were the staff - we were here during Fringe, didn't make reservations, the restaurant was busy, people lined up, and yet, host took time to talk to us, make alternative suggestions and remembered us two days later when we returned better prepared. Other team members were equally dedicated to customer service and simply appeared to be happy to be there. Thank you, sincerely, and we'd love to be able to come back for seconds.

Great food and atmosphere. Went last night for a hen do meal and the staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. We had Ramesh serving our table and he was fab. Food was so yummy and good portions. Will definitely be coming back!

Very yummy Indian cuisine. Very well prepared and served. Very few restaurants able to keep the authentic taste and mild spice level to suits local taste, this restaurant does it very well. The staff is very friendly, seating is nice and tidy. Really enjoyed the meal and hospitality. Tried Gurkha beer for the first time, it's really good. Solti means buddy\very close friend in Nepali language. Five star βββββ
