   Phoned an order for special chow mein and a simple portion of thin noodles & satay sauce. Got to the shop and was told they hadn't put the order through. Waited an hour... Eventually my name was called ..I paid for the meal after verification of the order and set off home. Halfway there my wife called to say they got the order wrong and had given me rice instead of noodles. That was verified when I got home. My wife phoned back to verify the mistake and they said they couldn't give a time for a replacement meal because they were too busy. It's obvious their system isn't capable of keeping up with orders and because of this you had random arguments from behind the counter. Much to the amusement of the dozen or so people still waiting. Will I return ? No ...not unless they overhaul their ordering system and double check their customer orders for screw ups like that.

   I don't know what's happened but I have always enjoyed everything We've ordered but the food we had on Saturday everything was basically binned. Rice tasted vile like cooked in old oil, king prawns in balls were grey and hard and honey chicken wings cooked in syrup no honey was used at all. £24 down the drain sorry it will be a while before I order again

   Absolutely delicious Chinese food! I’ve been using this take-away for 4 years. Food always great, staff are lovely. I drive past other Chinese take-aways to buy from here. Highly recommend!

   My boyfriend and I love this chinese❤️. The food is always good especially the curry sauce, the salt and chili chicken balls, fried rice and the chips! They also give you prawn crackers with every order and the staff is lovely. Attached is a picture of their munchie box that we got without the ribs.

   Average Chinese/Asian food, not very authentic. Always very busy and hectic and hard to get through on phone. We've discovered missed or wrong items after getting home. Only takeaway locally so we continue to use here.

   I don't have a photograph as I normally get deliveries. Call them and you will find an engaged tone as there is a constant demand for their excellent service. You will be treated in a fantastic manner as they are so polite and courteous. The food is top notch and they add freebies which for us was spring rolls that are so good that we always go back. Imagine going five star for a plate of small decorations when HOT WOK will go above and beyond with every meal and definitely satisfy.
