   We travel from Australia to Edinburgh every two years to visit family in Roseburn. After family the no 2 item is dinner from Delta. Best Indian ever. I think we have tried just about everything over the last 8 years and the quality never changes. Go there if you appreciate great food.

   I've had their biryani several times now, and the array of accompaniments served with it is truly unbelievable for the price. Each serving comes with: - A sweet sauce - A side portion of salad - Chopped onions - Poppadom - A generous serving of mixed veg sabzi The combination of these accompaniments makes the biryani exceptionally worth the money paid.

   First time customers but won't be back. King prawn korma, while had a good number of prawns the sauce was sickly sweet. Lamb biriyani was dry & tasteless. Far better curries elsewhere (like Chaaska in Tollcross)

   We have ordered from the delta for some time and have never been disappointed , however recently their standards have dropped massively! I usually order a Bhuna which is a mild dish however the last two orders have been very spicy , tonight it was so spicy I was unable to eat what I had ordered . There was a notable number of chillies in the dish tonight to which this doesn’t usually contain so obviously not what I ordered . On calling the Delta to let them know of my disappointment they advised , “I will let the chef know”. I told them I would not be returning , to which they advised - “well if that’s how you feel madam “. With this comment I feel they can send you whatever they want/ have available regardless of what you order so best avoid and don’t waste your money . They had absolute no concern of loosing a valuable customer.

   Unbelievable Indian. Popped in last minute and is by far the best Indian we have had in a long time. Great service, very welcoming and happy to discuss menu in depth. Would highly recommend. Our new local.

   The delta never disappoints! Our family has been going here for over 20 years and for good reason. They are very reliable, friendly and the customer service is top-notch. The flavours are amazing and never had any problems with the food, it’s always stunning. We recently tried another takeaway which was a total disappointment and we ordered the Delta as soon as we knew we weren’t getting our food and they saved the night! Cannot recommend enough!!!

   Great curries, friendly and quick delivery. We discovered this place in the last few months before leaving Edinburgh and we're gutted not to have been able to enjoy it for longer. High quality ingredients, fresh flavours and a lot more variety than other restaurants. Particularly recommend the lentil dishes - the chicken Kathmandhu is brilliant. Highly recommended.

   If you're into getting quality for your money this is the place to go. The two person main we ordered was delicious and it could easily feed 3. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It all tasted fresh and you get a good variety with every item having it's own unique flavour. It's a takeaway but the quality is easily as good as a restaurant. We highly recommend and we're going back for sure.
