The food was absolutely delicious and served very quickly. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, making sure you had water during your time and checking to see if everything was alright. I had a good time and would definitely visit again. I would also recommend this restaurant if you want great tasting food for great prices.

I had such a lovely experience at this Malaysian restaurant in Edinburgh. The food was hearty, full of rich and comforting flavors that instantly made me feel at home. I started with the vegetarian spring rolls, which were crispy and delicious, then had the chicken corn soup because my throat was sore and it really helped. The stir-fried beef with vegetables was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. Every dish felt made with care. I left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back.

I've been to Edinburgh a bunch of times just to eat here. Now you probably get how much I dig their food. I've brought so many friends here and everyone loves it. Everything's halal and every single thing is yummy. My fave is Nasi Goreng.

some good some bad roti - 7/10 lovely flaky roti, thought the sauce was a bit too thick and salty but wife liked it, she doesn't dip as greedily as me though so maybe a skill issue on my part salt and pepper chicken wings, 8/10, juicy, tasty and crispy on the outside, very good. beef rendang, 2/10, so absurdly salty, meat cooked separately and it shows, this was extemely poor I didn't eat more than two bites. To their credit though, the waitress took it off our bill. laksa, 8/10, nicely balanced, flavourful soup, huge portions

During my visit to Edinburgh i tried Nanyang Restaurant and was very impressed with the food and the portion sizes. We were unable to finish all the food. The service and atmosphere was also top class. Not sure why they would redo the receipt and add 25p because i requested 1 container to take away some food, was it even worth the hassle

Had dinner over at this Malaysian restaurant near the quarter mile complex. Greeted promptly but the staff. They even agreed to help store a tub of ice cream in their freezer while we had dinner. Polite and cheerful team and very prompt service from ordering to getting our food served.

Food portion is reasonable. Taste is not as authentic as real Malaysian food. Chicken and fish here are over-cooked. Teh Tarik feels like tea bag with milk. Definitely have rooms for improvement

Authentic Malaysian food. We arrived slightly later closer to closing time, but the staff welcomed us in and helped us pick the food. We got one sweet chilli chicken with egg fried rice, spring rolls and a traditional Malaysian dish (goreng ayam). Both portions were very generous and the food taste amazing. Including drinks the food came to around £42

Was our first time trying Malaysian food and they didn’t disappoint. Everything is halal and you can have the wine removed from all dishes apart from a couple of the beef dishes. The food was really tasty and reasonable prices. The staff are really nice and friendly- even though the bubble tea counter was closed, they still made us bubble teas which was really lovely of them. Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again when in Edinburgh.
