Wonderful - a must visit, must see, must eat, if you are in Lieth. Bagel was awesome with an egg cooked in the middle, so many seasames too, and the apple tea was so delicate and delicous like eating crisp red apples.

What a good option on the main quayside in Leith. We, a large group, popped in for a Saturday brunch and we got a range of dishes (I had the Turkish breakfast), all excellent. Coffee was good, service great too.

Cozy, homey Turkish breakfast/brunch/cafe in The Shore. From the moment we came in we were welcomed warmly by the staff, they were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned and we love the side salad. We also had the hot chocolate which was creamy and perfectly sweet. The decor feels authentically Turkish. We love this place and will definitely come back.

Just a great find! Lovely people that run it. Relaxed and welcoming. The coffee is delicious. The food is delightful and everything you could want from a small local establishment. Whether you’re walking by or need to take a detour, it’s worth a visit!

Opens early on a Sunday, the only one that does on the Shore before nine. Very friendly Captains. Food and coffee great value and fresh as a nuns jack n Danny. Also Dog friendly, inside and out. Top bananas or baklava depending upon your persuasion.

A cozy little nook rendering an authetic Turkish experience. Lovely ambience, super friendly service, and a great breakfast! Highly recommended.

Friendly, inviting, bustling little cafe by the water in Leith. Freshly cooked bacon rolls, with lots of options including haggis for those keen to enjoy some of Scotland’s finest breakfast menu ingredients. Not a bad coffee, and very friendly service from the staff. On a sunny day it’s a delight to sit out the front and have a beautiful view of the water and cobbled street.

My partner and I are having a short break in Edinburgh and stopped here for lunch. My partner had a tuna panini with an Americano coffee and I had the vegan moussaka with a pot of Turkish apple tea. The food was delicious and the staff team was super friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I love here because of the location and also you can find a place not sure why this is possible :) Usually places like this are fully booked. I totally recommend Simit and Turkish Breakfast I had leak and potatoes soup as well they made it with dill which gave their own touch to the soup. I loved it.
