One of the best food places we tried in Edinburgh. My friend brought me because she’s come here every time she visits Edinburgh. The fresh guacamole made at the table is amazing, the cocktails are great and I loved the prawn tacos.

It took a really really really long time for the food to come by the table, coming already hungry made the wait feeling like forever … however once the food arrived it made the waiting worth it, food is on a different level, really enjoyed every bit of it, recommend coming for the vibe and quality of the food, do understand the waiting due to busy hours but would make the experience better by having a quicker service, but since the food was top notch, I don’t mind the waiting. So apparently it “Taco Tuesday” that was cause the delay, understandable and worth waiting for.

I love the basement. The vibe is so cool and the music is all 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. The Halloumi was the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Fried cheese in corn tortilla with the freshest sauce, cucumber and pickled onions. I would come back here just for that. Staff was incredible. Nachos were my least favorite but fajitas and enchiladas were very good! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cool bar atmosphere with great music and food!

The food is great. We preordered for 11 people and it came out as soon as everyone's got there. The drinks takes awhile to make(pour) as there's only 2 people in the bar( takes 15 mins to get 4 pints of beer out the bar). But overall the foods great, staff are lovely.

Food was really good, only thing I would say is that the fish taco, the batter needed more seasoning and so did the guacamole. More chorizo in the chorizo taco would of been better . That’s why I give 4 stars.. food fresh and homemade. Really good margaritas!

The pulled pork burrito was all kinds of goodness. Before that though, one has to enter from above, find the right door and then the neon lights and Mexican luminescent allure draws you in. The masks at the bar, neon sign and skull lamps make for an entertaining drinks night with friends. This is definitely a group venue.

Amazing Mexican food with tasty margaritas (and a Bye Felicia). This is frankly my favourite Mexican restaurant in Edinburgh with funky wall murals a a bit of a grungy vibe. The food and cocktails are always on point.

9 of us went for a staff lunch (we hadn't booked) and they were really accommodating and gave us a section to ourselves. They do amazing Mexican food, I ordered the pulled pork quesadilla special and it was perfect. They are also dog friendly
