   got my first lobes done and they are ridiculously angled. one’s horizontal to the ground (not perpendicular to my ear) and one leans towards the back of my head (also not perpendicular to my ear) to the pint I had to go to ANOTHER piercer to get them assessed. job was done in about 30 seconds, they didn’t seem to want to discuss anything with me both before and after the piercing and i’ve emailed them about this issue and there’s been no response :/

   Piercer made me feel comfortable but unfortunately piercings were done with materials that were not current standard and tarnished within 48hrs. I had the metal replaced at another studio local to me and they showed the angle didn't match with the pen markings and recommended to get them redone to be horizontal rather than angled. Photos include tarnished metal jewellery and replacement untarshished jewellery. So far no tarnishing or degrading of current material from the other studio.

   Get pierced at blue banana or Birmingham ink. The attitude of the female staff here is awful and it’s a consistent pattern. You would think after a few years and multiple complaints attitudes would change but that’s not the case. Piercing with needles they don’t know the size of so when it goes through they say “omg, what size needle is this???”, leaving customers to ask the colleague what gauge it is all without communication with the person they’ve just pierced. If you have a hesitation or fear of piercings this place is not the best for you as there’s no reassurance or attempt at making you comfortable. The piercing was done slanted. Post communication is met with a terrible attitude of “we know what we’re doing- you don’t”. Go elsewhere

   Been coming to Dolly rockers since I was a teenager, either for myself or family/friends. They’ve pierced my lobes twice, conch and re-pierced my daith. They also sorted out my cartilage retainers when needed for an MRI. Came today for some new jewellery; hoop for my conch and a heart for my daith. Highly recommend. The staff are extremely friendly and down to earth.

   Amazing customer service from Holly came in this week for nipple piercing! Would 100% recommend I’ve piercings from them in the past so it was only right I went back there again and honestly it’s still 5* service all round, everything is explained, what their going to do and through the proceeding of the piercing as-well as the after care and how to keep your piercing clean. Thank you

   I came into get some jewellery change to plastic due to needing an MRI scan. They did this no problem and recommended somewhere to get new jewellery from. Then when I came back to get my jewellery changed again I had three new ear piercings, when I described my vision for when it’s healed she knew exactly where to place the new piercings so I got to look I wanted. Highly recommended x

   I have been twice to Dolly Rockers and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my piercings now. Everyone is so welcoming and assuring when i’ve been nervous. I’ve had my septum and smiley done, never had issues either with my piercings and felt really happy when leaving. would recommend to everyone and a few of my friends have been and wouldn’t go anywhere else! xx

   I love this studio. Fantastic prices Clean studio Nice selection of jewellery I go here very often to get my piercings. The only piercing I didn't get done here is my bridge because they don't do them. I recommend this piercing studio to anyone who wants to get pierced by friendly experienced piercers. It amazes me how some people who write reviews are blaming the piercers for their piercings getting infected. It's up to you to keep them clean and infection free. They give you the slip at the start for a reason.

   Went there to get my Belly/Navel piercing today. Was kind of nervous because the last 10 piercings I had were done at home and were only ear ones. so this was a pretty big deal for me. The procedure was very quick and not as painful as I had expected. The young lady who carried out the procedure was very friendly, explained the procedure step-by-step, and overall made it much less nerve-wracking. All equipment used was brand new (came from new packages etc) and there was no room for concern at all. I was also provided with an aftercare info sheet which is useful. Honestly loved it, and I really admire the positive atmosphere. Would most definitely be going there again!! x
