   Big disappointment. I'm sure the ingredients are good, but the product is not. Double blue cheeseburger was a challenge to eat and lay like a brick in my stomach. The consistency of the burger is rubbery, chewy, like a cheap supermarket version. I think the meat is too finely minced and pressed way too hard. It was also totally overcooked and had little flavour. Frankly, 5Guys is way better, let alone a proper burger independent. Huge portion of fries, though very basic type. Again, 5Guys another class in the fry department. No crispy coss or iceberg lettuce, but the flabby dreary old British variety. I'm a Bath newbie, so not really qualified to judge on their prospects, but I would think they'll struggle if they don't sort this out.

   Simply the best chicken burger and fries cooked to order. The salad in the burger was so fresh it tasted like it had only just been picked. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the whole place is spotlessly clean.

   I was attracted to this place only takeout, what to say .. never ate such a good burger, I got a double cheeseburger with the addition of fantastic bacon, my kids really enjoyed their meal. the raw materials were fresh and the burgers tasted like they had been ground the same day. reasonable price, just a disappointment "Use less paper to wrap", after all what to say .. we'll be back soon good

   Well done guys. Absolutely amazing! 10 of 10. The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. We had a lovely and delicious meal. The menu options are an excellent value The place is beautiful, clean and smells good.The staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. Burgers home made, and the spice chicken burgers no words to describe I'm speechless. We loved it. For sure we will back soon.

   Excellent burgers - they look like the picture of a burger you want but never get!! We ate the cheese gourmet burger and double spicy chicken burger, as well as a special prego steak burger. It's a piece of thin cut sirloin steak and grilled in such an incredibly tasty end result, served with cheese and ham - I am avoiding carbs so didn't have the bun, and was not disappointed - great choice for a low carb takeaway if you're after a treat. The chips are like chip shop chips but crispier, I'm told really good, it was all I could do not to try them myself! I would recommend phoning ahead, they were super busy Saturday night. The website has a few kinks to be worked out and they know about this, and I let them know about them and they responded quickly and are working hard to get them fixed. Great staff responses and really good service. Honestly one of the best burgers I've had for ages, well done guys, we'll be back.
