Such a helpful team, got a bargain in the sale (for me)and they were so helpful to my daughter looking for a wedding guest outfit. One was the manager and the other was an assistant (assuming that) they were brilliant.
I went to this store with my daughter and have to say the 2 members of staff I spoke with were absolutely outstanding I wish I knew their names so I could mention them but they went above and beyond to help me and my daughter find a dress for a spring ball. I was tired from travelling from Leeds my phone was nearly dead and the staff here went out of their way to help me. They charged my phone and offered me water and brought so many dresses and offered so much advice I really can’t praise the shop enough.
The staff at the Edinburgh Monsoon were fabulous. Extremely helpful in arranging the time and day for myself and my daughter to have a bridal fitting - even putting dresses to one side ahead of our appointment. In particular Tori (I hope we remembered your name right!) who was incredibly helpful and attentive during the many dresses I tried on. It was a really great experience and so important when you are choosing a dress for the big day!
We had a lovely experience in monsoon shopping for bridesmaid dresses. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable especially tori who helped us pick out dresses spent time making my bridesmaid feel comfortable and confident thanks you for making this experience less stressful This shop has all shapes and sizes very inclusive !
Great shop great staff
Shop staff are very rude and stuck up. Just because you have moved to George Street doesn't give your staff the right to be rude. Half my wardrobe is monsoon clothes. I will stick to the one at the gyle much nicer atmosphere and kinder staff. Maybe take them there to learn how to treat customers better, since it's them that help pay their wages by buying your brand. Especially the male that was working on Tuesday 31st of January. Looking at me like I was going to steal something and just looking down his nose at me. Don't worry I work really hard and can afford to buy your clothes and I am a decent person, With respect Which he clearly doesn't have. Will never return to that monsoon store with sales assistants who think they are better than others. Can see why it was completely dead inside, clearly not the only one to experience the attitude.
