Love FatFace. This store is never too crowded so you can take your time to browse. I also like that while staff is attentive they are never hovering over you. The changing rooms could do with a bit more attention by whoever cleans them as there are always dust bunnies about. The space available is well utilised without being cramped.

Lovely spacious shop. Clothes are lovely. I popped in on a Tuesday lunchtime for a browse and tried on a couple of dresses and looked at the new handbags but sadly at no point was I greeted or asked if I needed any help as the staff were too busy chatting to each other while standing behind the till. Oh well, I’ll continue to shop at the Kelso store instead, where you always get a friendly welcome and help with choices.

The shop was lovely and spacious, the woman working there said hi and asked if we needed any help. I am a new (ambulatory) wheelchair user and I only just managed to squeeze my wheelchair past the chair by the changing rooms, that is my only complaint. I would highly recommend this shop otherwise.

I like their plain t-shirts. Staff always friendly. They need a boyfriend area for when their girlfriends are busy shopping and trying stuff on. The solitary chair at the back of the shop is often taken with other poor souls, lost down a tiktok/yt/snap rabbit warren....

The lady in the store this evening went out of her way to help us find what we wanted(swimwear). There were none on the shop floor so she brought a selection from the stock room for us. She was very helpful! The sale was full of bargains and the store very organised.

Lovely clothes and good quality for 20s plus. Too expensive.

I always find clothes in my style in FF. They have them in my size as well (large, though medium is sometimes a better fit in Fat Face sizing.) Friendly, helpful staff.

This was a short visit but few points stuck in mind. Firstly good point is the parking, this does vary on time of the day which for us was perfect because visit was at opening time (actually 5 minutes before). This brings me to point 2 which was made worse by time of visit. I have worked retail myself and would never have dreamed of opening the doors to customers with the floor looking like its not been cleaned in a week. First few steps in and there where tags on the floor, discarded plastic from something and a literal pile of dust and this was not limited to entry area. And point 3 is more personal opinion than anything but surrounding shops had same goods significantly cheaper making it over priced.

Had absolutely amazing service today from a guy called Stuart (I think - blonde hair and glasses). He phoned all stores to try find the bag I was after and was so friendly and chatty. Thank you so much for being so helpful!! Merry Christmas! Iona
