Ordered on Uber eats, place is called Yummy Vegan but same address. I ordered Kong pao vegan chicken and salt and pepper aubergines. Got nothing like good quality vegan chicken (chewy and tasteless) and no peanuts in the Kong pao, and fried soggy tofu instead of aubergines....
We ordered food from Royal Dragon and it arrived late and was stone cold when it arrived. Before having to microwave it, i noticed that the batter on the chicken/pork balls was stretchy/chewy which indicated that it wasn't fresh and was probably reheated before sending out. Food was dry and tasted old. Thoroughly disappointing experience.
Tiny, overpriced, flavourless food, an insult to Chinese cuisine, i wish I had ordered through deliveroo or similar so that I could claim (technically true) that I had not received what was paid for and get a refund... Avoid this place ladies and gents.
The worst Chinese. Uncooked and unhygienic, I’m really disgusted, this clearly isnt up to EHO standards. A health & safety and food hygiene check is definitely needed here and maybe some kitchen training on how to cook properly.
Ordered my takeaway from Just Eat. The food is good for it's price. The restaurant was kind to send me free Prawn crackers. The only downside is its long delivery time. Order in advance if you are going to get hungry soon!
Ordered a takeaway for delivery tonight through just eat. The order was confirmed by the restaurant at 6pm with a confirmation of 7.05 for delivery time. At 7pm I received a text to say the food was on its way. Great! I got plates out ready and awaited the knock at the door. I then received another message saying the Royal Dragon had cancelled my order. I called the restaurant and asked if there had been a mistake but apparently not. They waited until the confirmed delivery time to tell me they couldn’t deliver the food. I asked why they confirmed the order and then sent a text saying they were on their way but the staff member had no answers. Won’t use again, if the order had been cancelled when placed then we would have been given the opportunity to order somewhere else but when left until the last minute there’s no excuse. Would avoid if you don’t want to run the risk of your food not arriving!
