   We had a really friendly staff member help get my child sorted with a pair. We tried a few different sizes and styles and settled on a pair. For future reference, if you want to use the discount code you get for signing up for things in-store, you only get like a week to do so. So if you are purchasing a giftcard, try to purchase it somewhat last minute or don't register with them until you are purchasing the boots vs purchasing the gift card.

   Just walked out with my new pair of docs. Had the pleasure of Sophie helping me, with the friendliest attitude. She so patiently helped me try on four different shoes and her recommendation was amazing. She also told me how to take care of them for lasting results. Will defos be coming back! Thank you!!

   Although they used my email to register me on their site, they never gave me the 15% discount that I am entitled to, which is advertised outside the store. When I noticed this during my return, 15 minutes later, and asked them about that, they looked at me as if they were surprised and told me they were sorry, but that I couldn’t leave and come back. They could register me with my email, but they could not inform me about the discount, right? Shame on you. And I am also sorry. for the 188.5 pounds I spent in your store.

   My boyfriend and I had the best experience here! It was his birthday, so he was looking to get a new pair of shoes. Staff members all wished him a happy birthday, which was very sweet. Unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped us, but he was very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Fun environment and everyone was lovely :)

   What an amazing store with outstanding staff and customer service! A special thanks to Jack who was working yesterday around 2pm who went above and beyond to make my experience in store amazing, all the way down to even fitting insoles in my boots and helping me relace them too!! Honestly was outstanding and would highly recommend to anyone!! All staff were chatty and friendly.

   Got myself some Dr Martins, I'd be playing the field wearing knocks for too long and thought, do you know let's stop fluffing around and get the proper ones. Very friendly staff member Aaron got the right shoes for me, sir allan sugar if your reading I would recommend this man for your sales team! Would deffo come again if I need more footwear!

   I bought my daughter shoes in this shop and after an hour of wearing them, the fabric on the sides started to come apart. Considering the price of the shoes this is utterly unacceptable. The staff in the store told us that the problem was caused because my daughter was wearing jeans. I guess they are meant to be worn on the beach in a bikini??? Totally nonsensical and not something I have ever experienced on the high-street. I will stay well away from this brand from now on.

   Love this shop and always love this brand! Bought new pair! In love with them so.much. what a beautiful thing! The shop also very convenience and very nice. They (the staff) even suggested me to moist my shoes abit with their wax kinda product. Free. They are helpful and very friendly. Very high quality even tho you pay quite expensive but it's worth it! Love this new beast so much ❤️❤️
