My wife recently had an extremely negative encounter with her, which left us feeling disrespected, discriminated against, and taken advantage of as customers. The ordeal began when my wife purchased a pair of summer shoes from your store. Unfortunately, upon trying them at home, she realized that they did not meet her expectations. With the intention of returning the shoes, she visited your store the very next day, only to be met with a shocking refusal by [Manager's Name]. Despite your shop's return policy claiming otherwise, [shop manager ] insisted that only exchanges were permitted. Reluctantly, we agreed to proceed with the exchange, hoping to find an alternative that would be more satisfactory. However, what transpired next was utterly disheartening and demonstrated a complete disregard for customer rights and fair business practices. Not only were we coerced into accepting a different pair of shoes, which happened to be priced 10 pounds cheaper, but when we requested the rightful refund of the price difference, [Manager callously denied our request. Instead, she insisted that we must select an additional product worth 10 pounds, disregarding the fact that we had no use for shoe spray or any other shoe-related item. The most distressing aspect of this entire experience was the discriminatory treatment my wife and I endured. It became evident that [Manager' behavior was motivated by prejudice and bias. She treated us with disdain, making derogatory assumptions about our race and religion. Such behavior is deplorable and has no place in any professional setting, especially one that claims to value its customers. I implore you to take the following actions: 1. Conduct a thorough investigation into the incident, ensuring that appropriate disciplinary measures are taken against [Manager] for her discriminatory behavior and violation of customer rights. 2. Review and revise your return and exchange policies to ensure they align with industry standards and prioritize customer satisfaction, including providing rightful refunds in cases of price discrepancies. 3. Offer a sincere apology to my wife and me for the distress caused by this incident, acknowledging the discriminatory treatment we experienced and assuring us that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. It is disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for customer rights and the perpetuation of discriminatory practices within your establishment. We trusted your brand and expected a certain level of professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this encounter has left us deeply disillusioned.
