Very bad customer service. Scammed me for £10 as i gave them £20 and i was meant to receive £16.60 but they proceeded to give me £6.60 , the worker just put the money in wrong and proceeded to lie to me that I was wrong and have given them apparently less money even tho it was a £20 note. This must be a joke and it is unacceptable.

They have a good selection of styles and plenty of choice, which is great if you’re looking for something affordable. However, the quality isn’t the best. I bought a pair of jeans from here and, after only a few wears, the fabric started to tear and rip, which was really disappointing. To be fair, the prices are quite cheap, so you do pretty much get what you pay for. It’s fine if you’re after budget clothing or something short-term, but don’t expect long-lasting quality.

Good deals, but the shop is messy. I opened pijamas to check the size and one of the staff (young lady wearing glassess) looked at me as she wanted to kill me. Two other young boys were chatting and laughing at something, too. I suppose staff do not care about this job.

Disgusted by the way I had been treated by one of the staff members, her name I believe is May, an old lady with short grey hair. I was in with my dog and husband, before entering the shop we both checked for any signs at the main doors. We entered and started to do our shopping, this lady approached me and asked me to leave because I had my well-behaved dog with me, at that point I said to her it seemed strange to ask me to leave as I didn’t see any signs outside the door, but I told her I was gonna check for my husband to warn him that I would be outside. At that point, the lady followed me and called security, as I was a criminal or something, that also felt like discrimination as the lady was talking to me as if I couldn’t understand her language. At that point, I found my husband and I was about to leave when this security man started to follow me towards the door making me feel uncomfortable, I felt mortified from this experience I had been treated like a criminal not coming back. Primark it’s 2025 you still don’t allow dogs in your shop ridiculous. You’re not a restaurant, just a cheap shop with rude staff!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Primark. They’ve replaced most of their tills with self-service checkouts, leaving just one staff member on a manual till. The queue for the staffed till was ridiculous, and when I asked if more staff could be put on, I was told “no.” The self-service tills are slow, inconvenient, and not designed for larger purchases. They constantly require staff assistance, which defeats the whole purpose! It feels like Primark is prioritising cost-cutting over customer service. If you’re going to introduce self-checkouts, at least have enough staff on hand to help or give customers a proper choice. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon!

The front doors were not working, as always, and the entire stood floor was reorganised yet again. It’s fine a couple of times but reorganising the entire floor every month is a bit much. You go in thinking you’d spend 10 minutes, get what you need, pay and get done. Instead you end up spending 20-30 minutes finding the right aisle because everything’s been moved again. In terms of quality, it has gone significantly down over the past year. I understand primary is very cheap and you can’t expect designer quality but you do expect value for money. The only positive Wa the very helpful and polite staff

It's an incredibly busy and popular store in a very busy retail park but standards are always maintained, it's a bright modern clean tidy outlet with ample staff and minimal queues, usual great prices and range

You all know what this place is about, and you get what you expect. Piles of immorally cheap clothing, piled (or hung) high, with a selection of rather random items at very low prices. You just can’t beat it! Perfect for clothing the kids at rock bottom prices. My kids are walking Primark models with all the gear we’ve got here.

I purchased five items from the livingston shop two of the items did not fit I could not find the receipt so they refused to change them at fort kinnaird the fact is the lady at the livingston store who served me come from Belfast there can't be to many northern lreland people work there so that should be proof enough that I purchased the stuff will never shop in there stores again they are a disgrace.
