   Found this cafe while looking for somewhere dog friendly, the staff were super friendly and so welcoming. Menu selection was very impressive, something for everyone. Once we finally decided what to have, the food was pretty quick to come and the quality was brilliant. Would highly recommend eating in here.

   We popped in for brunch having seen Cafe Edinburgh on Instagram. It was everything I hoped and more. The staff were so nice and friendly. The decor inside was lovely and the menu had so much on it. We had a fry up and the poached eggs and salmon on sourdough. The food was presented perfectly with added touches like little flowers. I also had an earl grey tea which was served with rosemary and grapefruit - a really unique and special drink. It’s reasonably priced given its prime location and we feel like we’ve found one of our favourite spots. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The staff were very kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, creating a lovely spot to enjoy a morning meal. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great breakfast with warm service.

   We visit Edinburgh maybe 1-2 times a year and hands down, the Cafe Edinburgh is always wonderful. We're always greeted like old friends and it is always our first choice. Some lovely Scottish twists on menu items (add some haggis to your breakfast roll!). The staff are top-notch and friendly (shout out to Cathy/ possibly Cassy who was delightful and took time to take a photo of our family together).

   We spent 2 weeks in Edinburgh and this quickly became our go-to for breakfast and lunch. The food is some of the best food I have ever had in my life. Not only is the quality of the food top tier, the presentation was almost so pretty I didn’t want to eat it. The servers we had were amazing and some of the nicest people. We really enjoyed talking to them every time we went in. They were all truly invested in their diners. I would definitely highly recommend this place as they have the best breakfast we found in Edinburgh - which they serve all day ❤️

   Had an amazing experience here! The staff were immensely helpful as we were travelling with a fussy toddler. They offered our child books to read while we ate. The portions were perfect, and the food was delightful. Altogether a great time!

   Went around 11am in the week for brunch. Had a full Scottish and a French toast. Prices are as too be expected on the Royal Mile, and the food is brilliant. Staff are also lovely, very friendly. Definitely worth a visit, great brunch spot.

   Amazing food, we both loved the full scottish breakfast. Had to go there both mornings of our trip. Coffee was great as well. The staff are super friendly and we felt so welcome. We will definitely go again next time we stay in Edinburgh.

   We got the potato leek soup which was so hearty and delicious and the bread with it was super fresh. The Oats were also delicious with some fresh fruits and the sausage roll was exactly what you want to start your day. Great service and lovely place overall.
