   Went in with my friends and with in 2 minutes some rude old lady kicked us out. I asked why and got no answer. Later she said we were to young to be in sports direct which is completely stupid because it is mostly a kids store.

   Old purple haired woman who seemed to be the manager was incredibly rude. I asked her if they have one item in stock and she just rudely replied no and told me to leave without even checking anything. Plus everything in the game section is incredibly overpriced

   I was in buying son footballs tonight. The boy jack on is an absolute asset to this store. He couldn't have been more helpful helping me find AstroTurf boots , he then went out his way to help me find the best suiting shin guards whilst having a crazy toddler running about. I can't thank him enough for his help

   Really bad customer service , Rude Old women who looks like manager is very rude who don’t even know how to do her job they first messed up with transaction not took money off a return and when pointed that while still on till then they refused return of item which was bought a few hours before saying that it’s been used ,sports direct really need to hire better trained staff , never going back to this branch

   On monday , i visited the store. The old woman working their have really bad customer service. She don't even listen at first place. The most unprofessional staff ever I witnessed. The worst ever. I hope to give 0 star if possible. The young boys there are really co operative. I think the sports directory hire some new young blood

   Rude auld cow working as what looks like a Manager. Looks like she’s been pushed into the job by Universal Credit. Faulty item yet only offering an exchange or a credit not. Manufacturing Defect comes with a refund under consumer rights. This is the secret to Mike Ashley’s “success” retain people’s money by providing them with broken items.

   Sports Direct is fine if you are happy to browse, or know what you want. Heaven help you if you need to ask for assistance. The staff have no idea. I asked an assistant if they had any arch support trainers, walking shoes or walking sandals and was met with a blank stare. I ended up explaining to the young man what I was looking for, to which he promptly said he had no idea, but all the shoes they sold were out.
