A good burger, nothing wrong at all. But it’s £17 for the burger and toppings, fries are extra. It’s a good size of burger but at that price it should be the best burger ever, and it wasn’t quite there for me. Service was good and efficient, bar very noisy on a Saturday evening which is to be expected.

Had some properly delicious grown-up burgers here today! We have visited a few times and it never disappoints. These burgers require a big appetite. We chose the Fajhita burger and the Oktoberfest burger which was a seasonal special. Delicious, juicy, tangy, bursting with flavour. Already thinking about our next visit
We’ve been told this is the best place for burgers in Edinburgh so we came to check it out. It did not disappoint! Would highly recommend. The surprise was they do real milkshakes and can adding like espresso or peanut butter! Chocolate w/peanut butter is my fav and the shake was amazing.
Without a doubt the best burgers in Edinburgh. I ordered the double Luau and the meat was incredible. The fries were freshly made and super crispy. I came with my whole family including my two baby nephews and the waiters were super friendly. It’s a totally local bar where you can have a total Scottish experience with very good food.
Had an excellent late lunch here during the week. Really appealing menu and you could easily spend hours here trying the different food and drink options! Great portions, definitely recommend the Cajun sweet potato fries. They also provide good gluten free options and do the fries in a separate fryer.
This bar located up a wee side street in the heart of Edinburgh was a very peculiar place. From the outside, it looked very up-market, quite fancy and bougie. Yet inside the decor was dated and traditional, transporting you back to the 80s. The old firm game was on. You would be hard placed to find a more typical “Edinburgh Pub”, and if you want to go somehwere that has kept its traditional vibe, this is the place for you. The burgers were tasty: the meat was fresh and well cooked, and the bacon was actually edible, unlike most bacon on burgers I have tried in the city where it is very small and usually burnt to a crisp. It is a tad on the expensive side: I got a cheese and bacon burger with avocado and doubled up on the burger, which came to 21 quid. 3 burgers and 3 soft drinks came to £66. Hard to decide if it was worth it or not to be honest. The burgers were very very good, and if you are a tourist I would definitely recommend this place. It has the decor and feel of a pub you might find in Sighthill or Oxgangs. 4/5 ain’t bad though!
Some truly amazing burger options. The quality is really tops too. If any place knows how to make a burger, then this is one of them. They got great dessert options available too. Staff are also very friendly and attentive. Definitely not your average bar.
