   We are the Milan Club Scotland and we meet at Footlights for every game. We think that the pub is great, with great atmosphere all around, lots of screen, good food and selection of beers. It is never too much trouble to book a table and Ian is always nice and kind with us giving us the spot that we request. Great finding! Thank you Ian and all the staff

   Went here for some food and live sports on a Sunday night and it did not disappoint! Screens everywhere, even on our booth. The burgers were incredible, the best on my multi city trip! We didn't have any alcohol (due to leaving early in the am) so it ended up being an incredible value meal/night!

   Great pub with lots of food options and a laid back atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful to us and answered our questions and assisted us with a problem we were having with cell service. That has nothing to do with their food or beer but they’re nice guys. Go and give them some of your money.

   Before walking up the hill to see Edinburgh Castle, see wanted a quick bite. I've never had Haggis before, so I had to try the Haggis and cheese fries. I took the Haggis on the side, since my girlfriend is vegetarian. It was delicious! The cheese fries were excellent as well, and the beers and ciders we had were cold and refreshing. Fun place down the hill from the Castle.

   After a long travel day, we picked this pub because it is walking distance from our hotel. They're is a great view of the castle from the street. We went at about 8pm and there was plenty of open seating. We were told by staff to grab a menu on the way in, seat ourselves, then order at the bar when ready. The food was served quickly. The fish and chips portion was large and the fish and batter and tartar sauce were perfect. The soup of the day was pureed mushroom with a side of toast, and it was delicious. We were very pleased with the convenient location, friendly service and good food!

   I loved this pub. There were many televisions where you could see sports. If you have a request they will make you watch what do you want. There is such a Scottish atmosphere. Moreover, food was very good and there was a wide choose of beers. Awesome place!

   Absolutely amazing experience at this bar. I was celebrating my girlfriends birthday and wanted her to have some drinks like we have back in the states and the 2 bartenders were absolutely stunning in making the drinks that I asked for. I may have gotten a few blank stares, but all in all these mates were professional and quick. Prices were reasonable as well!

   Good place to watch sports. I had a Big Macaroni Burger. The meat was rather well done and the amount of majo killed the separate flavours. Fries were a bit mushy for my taste. But overall the food was good. Beer prices were fair and service was quick. price value: 4/5 taste/ quality: 3/5 authenticity: 5/5 service: 4/5 sanitary facilities: 3/5 1=desaster 3=average 5=excellent

   Really friendly and welcoming bar. Lots of great beers on offer and there's a nice vibe to the place. A beer and a cider cost just under £10 and the bar staff are happy to offer a taste of a beer if you're not sure what to pick. There's an open mic advertised for Thursday nights.
