   We’re really debating what to score this place because the staff is really awesome here they’re very friendly and considerate. When we were waiting in line, there was a plethora of people, but the staff was so nice even when a couple of non-intelligent people didn’t know how to order their drinks correctly. The reason why we did score it pretty low to begin with was because the place was pretty much the opposite of clean. There was trash everywhere those grass everywhere. It looks like a bachelor pad that hasn’t been cleaned in a couple of months. It’s really kind of gross and the girls were a little grossed out. But really, the staff here made squirrel with hired great staff. They have great patience and the drinks they made were spot on.

   This morning (20th Oct) around 9.30am, I went through the drive thru, when I got to the front to pay, my card would work. I think it might have been down to some app/sites being down ? I want to thank the guy that served me as he gave me my coffees on Starbucks today. I offered to go and lift money and go back but it was having none of it. Unfortunately I didn’t get a name, but I remember he had 2 tattoos on his right arm, one in the inside and one on top. Thank you so much to him and his generosity!

   I was really let down by my visit to this Starbucks. The service was slow even though the store wasn’t busy, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping. My drink was made incorrectly and tasted off, and when I asked about it, the response was dismissive rather than helpful. On top of that, the tables were dirty, and it didn’t feel like the clean, welcoming environment I usually expect. Overall, not worth the visit — I hope they improve their customer service and quality.

   I just passed my driving test and decided to celebrate with a visit to my regular Starbucks drive-through — and what a heartwarming surprise I got! One of the lovely team members (she had beautiful braids — I didn’t quite catch her name!) noticed I had just passed, and went out of her way to make me a wee celebration bag with cake pops that said “congrats” on them. It absolutely made my day and meant more to me than she probably realises. That kind of thoughtful gesture is so rare and so appreciated. I visit this Starbucks regularly and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly, kind, and welcoming, but this moment really stood out — it turned a great day into a truly special one. Thank you so much to her and the whole team — you made me feel seen, and I’ll never forget it!

   I ordered tiramisu iced Oat shake latte. Half of the glass was filled with ice . Very disappointing. I went back to complain and the staff guy said it’s supposed to be made like this.

   Changed my driving route to go here for a coffee tonight to see it’s closed considerably earlier than stated online. Arrived at 7:50pm Sun 19/03 and google says closing time is 9:30pm. Been great service anytime I’ve been sitting in and at drive thru, but this is a bit of let down.

   Usually good but occasionally when I ask for a Venti wet latte, it's either got too much foam or is not filled to the top. Nothing more frustrating!

   One of my very Fav Starbucks. Great Coffee , delicious pastries and sandwiches, Super friendly Staff genuine nice people , fast excellent service. It's always kept clean and tidy and a drive through is available here ..
