   I asked for a matcha latte 2 pumps of vanilla syrup and cream cold foam. It arrived so fast and it was yummy on first taste but it felt watered down? Anyway it was good and I enjoyed it but it could be better! The tables outside wasn’t cleaned and that kinda ruined my experience?

   I visited another disappointing Starbucks. I watched how they made drinks for around 7-10 minutes (because they missed my order). I was very suspicious that the barista followed and stuck to the proper recipe.

   Dear Starbucks customer I was in Starbucks Glasgow , silverburn last night with my daughter like always minimum 4 times a week we visit Starbucks the surprise was yesterday from one of the stuff member her name Clog when my daughter asked her for cup of water and she refused as they do not give water i couldn’t believe what I heard I attend to her and asked again she said the they don’t give water because we are and I have the conversation recorded, I call to the store when I reach home and I spoke with the manager and told her what happened and she took my email and phone number and she never call back . Promise I will post everywhere possible and complain till I get reply.

   Ok it is a generic Starbucks as some other reviews noted. That said it has a number of positives: 1. Coffee is way better than Pret (not a high bar I'll admit) 2. A Venti (huge) latte is noticeably cheaper than it is in the US. 3. Very central location - right next to the underground. 4. Staff are nice

   Coffee ordered for me and colleagues - terrible all round. Drinks were missing; no sealing foil was added under the lids resulting in an absolute riot of spills from the provided cups. The alleged mocha was a poor quality, watery latte with no hint of cocoa or chocolate. Customer service response was poor. This store makes semi-frequent errors in orders but this is an achievement.

   Busy, mildly chaotic and somewhat tired and disheveled (as all Starbucks are). It’s an unoriginal and uninspiring chain of coffee shops with little to differentiate one branch from another. However it is dog friendly (which I like) and the staff were pleasant.

   Been here a few times and it's very popular with university students and school children. I usually find the the place is understaffed and the service can be slow for the overworked and harassed staff. Other than that, it's the usual Starbucks. Good coffee, Matcha, cakes and desserts. There's plenty of seats as there's seatings on 2 floors. Location wise, it's right next to Hillhead underground station, roughly the middle of the busy busy Byres Road
