   Worst starbucks ever. Empty and you still wait forever! - this place is just getting worse and worse some (not all) of the staff are absolutely terrible - unlike any starbucks ive been in honestly i just wont be returning

   This is a bigger Starbucks than you will normally find. The entry level, just off the Royal Mile, has the drink and food counters. Upstairs is a really big, well lit, seating area, where you can enjoy your caffeine. The seating does tend to fill up during the breakfast and lunch rush hours.

   The coffee great , the staff are lovely. The toilet situation is needing sorted out. 4 tiny cubicles in a locked door downstairs for both men and women to share. Just not good at all. Very uncomfortable, confined and to be frank; stinking.

   I went there back in 15th November of last year. The place felt great to have a coffee. Wonderful to spend quality time with some drink and snack. The store was aloof as it was closing at the time we visited.

   Toilets closed for an hour. Everyone using the Disabled toilet which is disgusting. But at least the staff have time to giggle while they huddle round their phones. The place isn't even busy.....but then again who wants to spend time in a filthy dump on a Saturday evening. Really poor show. They don't even try to kid on they clean the disabled toilet. There isn't even a sheet for them to sign off when it was supposed to have been inspected or cleaned. We won't be back.

   One of the best experiences i’ve ever had. I didn’t like tea or coffee at all, but a kind worker made me something she’d think i’d like and i adored it! All the staff had so much patience and i had the most amazing time!
