   Stopped in for a quick coffee and it was anything but quick despite it being quiet. The girls were friendly enough but when I asked politely Ryan how much longer the coffee would be he was rude and bad mannered. When I said there is no need to be rude he grudgingly apologised. Won’t be back. Ryan needs some customer care training.

   Came in on a Saturday afternoon with my 8 week old son in his pram, and the staff were really helpful. Brought my coffee over to my table as I was a bit trapped with the pram and they couldn’t have been nicer. Great. Noticed that staff are also on the ball with menu and options for drinks.

   Good cafe, fast service. Its open until 6pm. Do remember though that by the end of the day the selection of food gets less and less. By 5.30pm the choice of cakes was quite slim pickings.... Toilets inside, although I found them to be quite smelly....

   Always a great place to stop for a tea or coffee, plus a snack. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of seating inside plus seating outside in the shopping centre. The Earl Grey tea is lovely, especially in a china mug rather than a paper cup.
