Even with both walk-in customers and a busy drive-through, the service was fast and efficient. The staff moved quickly without making the experience feel chaotic, and my drink came out perfectly — cold, smooth, and just the right amount of caramel. If you’re in a hurry and need something reliable, this location is a solid stop.

   Dear Starbucks customer I was in Starbucks Glasgow , silverburn last night with my daughter like always minimum 4 times a week we visit Starbucks the surprise was yesterday from one of the stuff member her name Clog when my daughter asked her for cup of water and she refused as they do not give water i couldn’t believe what I heard I attend to her and asked again she said the they don’t give water because we are and I have the conversation recorded, I call to the store when I reach home and I spoke with the manager and told her what happened and she took my email and phone number and she never call back . Promise I will post everywhere possible and complain till I get reply.

   Bought a coffee here at Ibrox and I use my reusable Starbucks cup… ask for a tall latte. But was given a coffee well below the level it should be. So ask for more milk and was told it’s cause I bought a tall. I had to say the cup is clearly marked where a tall latte should be. Only then she reluctantly top it up… and it still didn’t reach the correct level… Zoe was the one that made the coffee so if I come back again and see her there making coffee I will be walking right back out and going to Greggs next door instead. I’m not paying for expensive coffee because she makes half cups!

   I went in to Starbucks early morning, just for a coffee, when it was quiet. It's not a place I'd usually go. Had a chat with staff whilst they were busying around and they were very engaging and helpful. Due to the welcoming and positive nature of the staff, I would definitely come back. The coffee was good enough as well as you should expect from Starbucks.

   Lovely New Starbucks with a drive thru, also plenty of parking spaces around however am not sure but i guess parking could be limited to 90min max. Ordering ahead is available here using the Starbucks app on both platforms Android and iOS, which makes it really easy and efficient to place and pick your order, & now with other delivery apps like Just-eat you can also oder a takeway from them.. over all Fabulous coffee and drinks as standard and super friendly Staff ⭐️
