   We used the private dining suite for my mum and dad’s 30th wedding anniversary dinner. Around 30-35 guests attended and the room was perfectly spacious for this party size. In the weeks leading up to the dinner, Craig was fantastic at staying in touch regarding meal choices, welcome drinks and more. The team on the day were fantastic and the food was served exactly on the time we asked for. Overall, it’s a fantastic venue for a small gathering and guarantees good food, reasonably priced drinks and service with a smile. We will definitely be using again in the future!

   Great selection of lagers if that is what you like. I am not so Belhaven Best as it is a Belhaven/Green King pub. Does have one other beer and Guinness. Well staffed and a pretty big pub where you can escape the TV if you wish. Sells food but did not sample. My first visit and happy to try again.

   Lovely visit to the Overlee! Food was delicious and excellent portion sizes. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost of our bill - definitely value for money! Staff very helpful & knowledgeable. For it being such a large pub, the place was warm cosy & comfortable to sit and enjoy our evening. They have a small function area to which looks ideal for small get togethers. Well be back again soon for another visit.

   Was in on Friday 28/10/22 for a meal late on. First two choices I asked for were " off menu" I was told by young female. My 3rd choice was Rump steak, Very small portion of meat and chips. Very disappointed as my previous experience of portion size has been positive. Attitude of staff was were not caring about my custom in the least- coffee cold!

   First up, the staff in here are fantastic.They seem to enjoy their jobs and I would take from this the managers are also good at their jobs. Friendly and efficient and a credit to the establishment. The food was impressive too. Had the fish and chips and wings to start. The wings where perfect, next time I am taking in my hot sauces and trying a hot ones challenge. The atmosphere was perfect too. For the rare occasions a few of us meet up to drink, we have in the past gone to Parklands as its on our doorstep. This place is totally worth the 3 mile walk there and 3 mile wobbly walk back. No sound from the TVs or music playing. The loudest noise being the fruit machine which we discovered was on the other side of the partition where we sat.(Table 31). Nice choice of beers on tap, ice breaker being my choice for the duration. Finally, the toilets are pristine. Well maintained and looked after.
