   Me and my friends just popped into this Sainsbury’s, where we witnessed a very uncomfortable and upsetting interaction between a Cashier whose name tag said Rose and two OAPs. To these two separate customers she was just so rude, and degrading, it was very belittling, to a very old man trying to do something that was clearly confusing him. Other customers had also noticed this awful service, as we spoke to them outside the shop.

   Only started going back to this store recently after a staff member was spreading malicious gossip about customers and I wish I hadn't bothered. In the last few days have spoken to a few sales assistants and the manager who when I have said hello have been extremely rude and walked past me not acknowledging I am there. Politeness and manners cost nothing and are a crucial part of the customer experience and this is probably due to a lack of training and turnover of staff. Unacceptable not going back.

   Moved away from the area now but shop is in good location. Prices are high and stock is limited. Mainly 1 star for staff. Often no staff around, or staff that ignore you. At the time there was one lovely guy who always seems to be there but I had one dreadful experience of a staff member being extremely rude and confrontational. When trying to find a manager to complain to he followed me about the shop making me feel very uncomfortable. When I found a manager she allowed him to stand beside me defending himself until I said this was inappropriate. All handled very badly.
