   Defensive when they should be apologetic and conciliatory. The complacency of the Customer Service Team at Tesco's Head Office is breathtaking. On Sundays, the store does not receive deliveries of stock until around 1pm. I attach some photographs of the non availability of produce in their Fruit and Vegetables' Section at 3.30 pm on Sunday 30th November 2025 which shows that the shopping experience in this branch is akin to shopping in the Former Soviet Union Food Distribution System. Whatever happened to the Great Jack Cohen's ethos of "stack it high, sell it cheap." Eight years ago, the same situation prevailed at this branch and, plus ca change. It is clear that nothing has changed over that eight years. I suggested, eight years ago, that Tesco should arrange for a larger supply of produce to be delivered on Saturdays so that the branch can meet customers' legitimate expectations of product availability for the full trading day each Sunday. Now that suggestion has defeated the very best brains, at Tesco, including all their high powered graduate managers. Tesco Customer Service Team has now told me that they cannot meet "expectations" and there is nothing they can do to ameliorate this pathetic position in the short term. Well, that is a bit rich because they have done nothing to improve the situation in the long term over the last eight years. I pointed out to an Assistant on Sunday 30th November 2025 that there were no two pint bottles of semi skimmed milk on display. After mentioning this, another worker brought a cage of milk bottles on to the shop floor. What is the point of Tesco having stock in its storage and not enough staff on duty to service the display so that customers can buy it - a question of knowing the price of everything and the value of nothing, methinks. When all is said and done, there is no point Tesco price matching Aldi on the semi skimmed milk product line if it cannot manage to display the product for customers to buy. I have been told by one worker that "with all the managers that this store has had over the years none of them have managed to do anything with the branch." Recently, I reported to Tesco the filthy condition of the land which it owns directly outside its store. Would you believe that one of their customer services professionals had the effrontery to tell me that Tesco is not responsible for members of the public dropping litter - seemingly oblivious to the requirement on Tesco to keep their land clean so that it does not attract rats and mice or constitute a Statutory Nuisance within the meaning of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. They ridiculously deflected my criticism of their failure to keep their land clean by suggesting that I should complain to the Council because there are no litter bins on the adjacent public highway to their land. What is wrong with their current very successful Store Director or Tesco's Head Office contacting the Council to negotiate litter bins on the public highway adjacent to their miserable shop. Talk about complacency! How the mighty Tesco has plumbed the depths of incompetence.Tesco should never forget that they enjoy the privilege of their customers' custom. A Head Office High Level Management Team needs to take over this branch - to review its "time honoured practices" so that the customer obtains service with expectations fulfilled: and, to retrain the staff many of whom are very pleasant but work in impossible situations. Subtle attempts to gaslight me have failed.

   Honestly, I was very happy to meet this amazing staff at tesco Shop. She took it upon herself to help me locate all the items I wanted to buy that made my shopping easier. At first, I was confused about how to locate items, but she saw how confused I was, and she took my list and helped me. This is kindness, and I appreciate it. Thanks one more time, my helper. Her name is TRISH.

   Disgusted. Mortified. Want to vomit. I used to love shopping at this location and Tesco has always been my preferred chain grocery store BUT today I purchased a coronation chicken spread from this location and I found a human nail in this beloved product. I called TESCO customer service and was told that my options were to bring back the already opened product for a refund or text the company's WhatsApp number that responded with a series of automated prompts. I am disgusted by all of this and the lack of customer care. Attached are images of the product and human nail.

   Large supermarket with good produce and a nice selection of beef, chicken, pork and other meats. The Christmas sections tend to have variety and interesting products. Staff is nice and provides an efficient service.

   American here. Being able to walk to this grocery store in the morning and sit and have a cup of coffee for 20 minutes before picking up snacks was a very nice escape from feeling like a tourist. It was peaceful and reminded me of home. And the barista made me four shots of espresso over ice with heavy whipping cream at my request since iced coffee drinks seem less common in this region. Great service! I will never forget this seemingly minor experience in Scotland. Lol.

   It has an ok range of food but quite often will get something new in that I like then has it for a few weeks only to never sell it again. The staff are all nice and friendly. (Edit: Recently the shop has become very poorly stocked. They have added EV charging points in the downstairs parking area)

   This is a great store. A lot of fresh food. Wide range of assortment and good prices. No cold alcohol in the store. Self scanning. Large parking. Pharmacy inside. Costa inside. HC friendly. Friendly staff helping you. Short lines as I expected
