Taka Taka Broad St never disappoints. Stopped by late at night and it was exactly what I needed. The chicken gyro was delicious (as always), but what really stood out this time was the hospitality. The staff were friendly and welcoming despite it being late. Highly recommend!

I had gyros in pita twice here during my stay in Bath. It costs 7.95 pounds. The ingredients are fresh and you won't stay hungry.
They have the best chicken nuggets that I have ever tried in my entire life. It is crazy how they make it so great. We’ve tried the gyros as well and they are also amazing the serving was pretty good!

All the reviews about the price are ridiculous, hello????? Prices have increased everywhere why would taka taka not increase too. It’s incredibly cheap for what it is , quality is unreal taste like being back in Greece, huge portions, staff extremely lovely never leave without a smile on my face. Place to be if you want a cheap quick meal that tastes fresh and delicious
The food is overall good, however they have increased the prices unreasonably too much in less than a year (almost double the price for the wraps), paying for a wrap as almost as a main dish to a relatively non expensive restaurant. A price increase like this would be expected that there would be a slight increase on the food quantity but unfortunately the wraps and the grill dishes seem even smaller in size and volume sometimes. The food is good but price-quantity wise, I would not recommend.
Unfortunately this place has gone downhill...it's the only place where they don't ask how want your suvlaki and start making them how they want! I asked for chicken yeero with sauce, yet they put tzatziki in it! Still a sauce sure, but nobody in Greece does that...sauce is the mayo based pink sauce usually (or yoghurt based yellow sauce) which they have on the menu as "house sauce"...rude and slapdash service unfortunately. I used to love it but now not sure I would be coming back.
Best Takeaway in Bath. If you like Greek food, you should pay a visit. Extremely good value for money. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Saff polite and eager to help. See you soon, Taka Taka!
I had a chicken gyros and it was amazing! Chicken was well done and not greasy, fries with oregano and tzatziki sauce(not too much garlic or olive oil). Salad was nice and the pitas tasted like Greece. Portion was big and not that expensive compared to other places. Staff was very friendly and the place cosy. You have to go there!
