   Purchased an E-Bike from here, had to get it fixed due to an accident I had, delivered the bike and was advised it would take up to 3 weeks to have the part needed to be delivered. Got a call by the end of the second week and it had been fixed. Due to a busy schedule I was unable to pick up the bike for a couple of weeks, they did not rush me to collect the bike which...I don't know if it is worth mentioning but that was a real positive part of it for me. I then had to have the wheel sorted due to a punctured innertube. Brought it in and I was advised of how long it would take, It was completed in good time as advised. All the staff, especially the team in the bicycle department have been incredible. Jack and Sorin are so friendly and have so much knowledge. Cannot remember the head technicians name, I think it began with an M? Really really nice guy too. Service is on point and the staff are a credit to the company.

   Got my new bike from there. Staff are very helpful,..checking my new bike over & raised my seat up. Is it company rules for the security man to ask for one receipt of purchase of buying a new bike,before one leave the shop. I had to take everything out of my backpack,get to my receipt in my purse,to show the security man.They should have big sign to let customers knows of the company rules, to have their receipt ready to show proof of purchase of buy item ect bike.

   Friendly store and they have been helpful in the past with getting simple things like; bike cleans, tyre changes etc. However, in terms of electronic issues there seems to be a few things they can't fix. The bike has been in the shop for over a month and every week is a different excuse. This is as; "We can't test it outside because of staffing", or, "nothing is showing up on our diagnostics (no stats shared)", and "we can order this part and see if it works". - only to find out days later that the parts were ordered 2 days after promised. I've also been told to take back the bike and sell it for something else or get a new one. I shouldn't be forced to sell it (particularly during the train strikes) because the issue hasn't been resolved! It seems like they can't communicate effectively in store with one another to resolve this issue!

   Came into Bromley store as recently bought electric bike that needed adjustment. The staff were very polite.,friendly and helpful and quickly got Viktor a bike mechanic to help. He adjusted the break immediately and then checked over the bike. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to explain about the battery and different features. Was very impressed by the service. Highly recommend.
