Lianna had made the process stress free. Quick and efficient, If a problem arose (such as a repair) she had this handled quickly. Lastly good communication very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable.

Stayed at their property for over a year. The agents were very supportive and responsive. They promptly addressed any issues, provided clear instructions, and even recommended trusted cleaners when I decided to vacate. I preferred being transparent with them throughout. Currently waiting for the security deposit and hope the process goes smoothly. Edit: Security deposit also received quickly. This is my most hassle free tenancy transition.
