Shocking service. I was in just before closing on 21/9/25 and was told that the Montgomery sofa I was interested in would be going up in price by £450 at midnight. The salesperson even went to the bother of showing me the various price cards etc. and explaining how the pricing worked… square price, circle price etc. I wasn’t up for buying in the moment so went home. Looked online and bought the sofa that night before midnight as I didn’t want to pay £450 more unnecessarily. I went back a few days later to show the sofa to my wife and, lo and behold, the sofa was the same price. Well, that salesperson has just done themselves out of a sale. Buying online is the enemy amongst the staff, but it was their own doing!
The staff in the Uddingston store are hands down some of the nicest sales advisors we have come across. Every single one of them greeted us, chatted with my children, and made us feel really welcome. Extremely helpful with absolutely no hard sale. Ended up purchasing the wall art I had come in to view but will definitely be using to replace any of my furniture in the future as their showroom is stunning!

Very friendly staff good price
Good range of furniture, the chap that we dealt with was pleasant and nice. The female (manager I think) not so, aslo if you tell her that you're not paying today, off she goes and doesn't bother with you. As I said the chap was brilliant.
Well, pushy staff, the minute u walk in door, can I help you. This is on offer, that's lovely, this is lovely, how do they know what we want. If customers want help they'll tell staff. Also if u want to buy something, make sure u have an email address, because no email address, no sale. Come on Oakland, not everyone has an email address

The range of furniture on display was well set out & matched with what was available to see on the website. Decided to buy a range of furniture but the salesman left us to wander & view with no pressure except an occasional checking if we needed any help.
