I had just moved into the area and booked a flu jab online. However, I miss read the details and assumed that my appointment was for the day I booked. It was in fact the following week. One of the pharmacists, said he had time to administer the jab and did so. I am extremely grateful. Excellent customer service!

They dispensed me the wrong dose of an injection prescription only medication. I returned it (thankfully I noticed, just as well I'm not vulnerable!) and now I have go to away and wait for them to order in the correct one. (While I sit here £200 down as it's a private prescription). Barely an apology. Not convinced they are taking it seriously either. It was as if they'd given me the wrong shade of lipstick.

Very good experience with the Pharmacy. I needed an emergency prescription for my child on a Saturday. All other pharmacists were closed but Boots was available and put the medicine aside in advance via phonecall so I didn't miss it. On picking up, the Lead Pharmacist (Nalia Ali) was great. Friendly, helpful and did all the due diligence to make sure things were correct. I even received a follow up call on her recommendation as the doctors dosage seemed higher. Excellent service.

Extremely helpful pleasant staff - reassuring on phone.Later in shop, pharmacist Nilah looked at problem area, asked questions suggested creams to try (without prescription as we couldn't get GP appt) and by time duty doctor phoned, he agreed with pharmacist's diagnosis and treatment. Both recommended follow up GP appt should treatment not work. This prompt service from Boots enabled treatment to start straight away and no time needed off work

Love getting all my toiletries from here tho the security guard followed me around the shop making me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Extremely unhappy with the ' no prescriptions between 1 and 2pm policy. I understand the need for the pharmacist to be present when dispensing medicines but absolutely not when dispensing items which can be bought ' over the counter' at any time. It is completely absurd. I am also very unhappy with the condescending attitude of the counter assistant. I will seriously consider options in future

A handy smaller version of the large chain store, open at convenient times for the older generation who live in the area. Friendly staff. This store is handy for your basic pharmacy needs and the small size means staff become familiar with you as opposed to the larger stores owned by Boots.
