   I wouldn't usually review a shop but the service we recieved here today was excellent. We had a young baby and a lot of shopping. The young girl serving was lovely with the baby. I didn't catch her name but she mentioned she had a brother called Sonny- same as my baby. She helped pack our shopping and didn't make us feel rushed. Staff like her would make me return.

   Large store and it now has the garden center attached. Just a shame that it's so filthy outside the store. Almost always rubbish everywhere which is off putting. But staff here are friendly and helpful

   Bog standard store revamped and extended into a SUPERSTORE. Same great prices, deals and savings. Vast range of stock compared to average B&M shop. So a 5☆ for that. But I have to deduct 1☆ as I went in for terracotta or alike 5L paint. They had a tester for £2 but no tins of paint??? I nor the staff could establish if they even sold the tins and if they did, we both couldn't establish which branch. We used the Google Play B&M app and even the app could not tell us if the product was in stock,... let alone in which branch. AND the B&M staff had no means to phone other branches to make enquiries on my behalf either. So I had to settle for another colour. Mrs wasn't happy with colour chosen. Dog house for me. Thanks B&M!

   We came late Saturday. At the same time they received supplies to fill in shelves. Not so customer friendly. But they needed the supplies for sure. We didn’t find what we came for.
