    Awful food and service. Requested drinks to be served with food, was told the food was “on its way”, arriving 30 minutes later. Items missing with the food, staff said they would bring them. Bought them down 15/20 minutes later by which stage we were ready to leave. Food bland and tasteless.

    Had a toasties meal deal - tuna melt, salad and hot chocolate. Overall £8 ( extra cream) The tuna melt was very good - it was creamy and was well made and toasted nicely. Really enjoyed it. The salad was very fresh, with vinegarette, and was tasty. The hot chocolate was warm, creamy and very generously proportioned. Overall I'd say 10/10 for a meal deal. The service was a bit slow though - we were a group of five and by the time the last order came through, I had finished my drink and food, so it would be better if this was worked on. Great and polite service otherwise! The patrons were very patient with us and engaging.

    Down Bristol harbour great day out for the family. Many places to see the shed ss Great Britain , and much. Dogs friendly, plenty of food and coffee shop.

    Sells cake (not home made/baked in house) and prosecco, along with the usual hot beverages. There are books you can borrow upstairs. It was a bit cold and dark when we visited and it can feel cramped when busy.

    We were there for two days but those two days were fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfy and inexpensive. For breakfast there was all sorts of delicious food available. Plus the free wifi helped
