Amazing peppermint hot chocolate and excellent service by Wint and Linn. Wonderful whipped cream on top as well. A great team work and helpful staff. They are truly 5 star ***** and so kind.
Wint is a star for today. A huge thank to Wint. My phone battery died, and I almost missed my coach, but she immediately helped me and let me charged it. She was very kind and always smiling. Her service was fast and thoughtful. I’ll keep coming back because she makes the experience so warm and welcoming. Also recommend the meal deals for vegetarian choices.
just wanted to share how amazing the employees Linn and Kay are at the Coffee Room. Every visit feels welcoming because of their warm attitude and professionalism. Linn is always friendly, patient, and makes sure everything is perfect, while Kay brings such positive energy and consistently delivers great service.
I popped into the café at Bristol Bus and Coach Station while waiting for my bus, and the coffee was surprisingly good — rich, hot, and full of flavour! A big shoutout to Linn, who was super friendly and welcoming. She made the whole experience so much nicer, even during the morning rush. You can tell she really cares about the customers and the coffee. Definitely recommend grabbing a cup here if you’re passing through — it’s a lovely little spot with great service and great coffee!
Great service with an atmosphere to match never have any problems ordering or finding a seat to relax and eat my food and drink my coffee . Even with the location being in Bristol coach station and the size it’s a pretty decent coffee shop has plenty of everything and stocked up fresh everyday also has every charger for any mobile device if you are after one 10-10 overall always comes in hear when I travel around and this being the last one of the last stops before I get my coach back to Plymouth it’s very convenient

my elderly mum when to this coffee shop about a week ago , she was served by luca who was very friendly and catered to her needs . He was even kind enough to find time to bring the hot coffee over for my partially disabled mum even when the shop was busy which i really appreciated and i am very thankful for.
This is the third Starbucks in the UK I’ve been to where they did not have drip coffee, ice machine was broken, didn’t know what sweet cream is, even though it was on the sign behind them. Starbucks UK needs to step up. I’m from Seattle so this is a shame.
I think it’s ridiculous that this place and so many other coffee shops still charge extra for a shot plant based milk over cow’s milk in a coffee. When a customer is already paying £2.99 for a coffee, making them pay 55p for a splash of oat milk (which is better for the consumer and the planet) is a marker of a very outdated business ideology. Other than that this place is ok. Clean and quick (not particularly friendly) service and the coffee was average.
Got a small americano and the lid for the hot cup is the wrong size for it. It spilled the moment my mom went for a sip (she was unaware that the lid was not secured). Boiling hot water! Went back to the counter and seemed like the staff was already prepared for this event - she instantly apologized and offered to change the cup to the bigger cup, for which the lid is now properly locked and secured. If you knew the lid is the wrong size (for a hot drink!), why did you still serve it?
