   Went for breakfast which was good and plentiful buffet. My one point would be that plates are kept behind the bar so are cold could do with little plate warmer Since first review we have had breakfast again at Henbury arms and am glad to report plates were warm when given out. Thank you for this improvement

   I had standard size Traditional Carvery (I chose beef and turkey) Thursday Evening, 7 pm. The meat was delicious, perfectly cooked and covered the plate so I put all my veg on the top. It was fresh, everything was hot, the gravy was thick and tasty and the horseradish sauce was hot and creamy. The staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10. Bargain. I'll definitely be coming back :)

   I went here on a few reviews I looked at ,I rang and booked a table just in case .we got seated and the menus looked good .I got the drinks 1 thatchers gold,1 cider zero (driving ) and a tea for my son ,I ordered the large carvery with pigs in blanket. my missus ordered the standard carvery and my son had the margarita pizza good service all round ...my only gripe was the food could have been a bit hotter but still worth a visit. there was plenty of seating and car parking

   We were there today. We went to there for the Sunday roast. Good point not many customers were in at 14.00. You can choose any table which you like. Not necessary take off your coat because average temperature is 17 degree Celsius, if you are lucky and your table not under the airflow. Traditional Carvery looks good if have the chosen carvery meat. We can choose 3 of 4 meat. The popular gammon will be ready 30 minutes after ..... No chips. looks like the oil is expensive ingredients in the kitchen only cooked vegetables. If your meal ready please check your cutlery before you start because we find some dirty ones. We take it from another table because that is cleaner than ours. The meal was good if you like the full water taste. Tasty.... not this time. Thanks this Sunday carvery, we know never again. Sorry for this negativ review this is not my style but now necessary.

   What a lovely place to have a meal and see a friend. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Mel was fantastic, made our meal time very special. She goes an extra mile for customers. Huge portions at great prices. The restaurant is very spacious and amazing place for either a family or to meet a friend. We had a wonderful time and took some food with us home too as the portions were more than generous.
