Always happy at Oak Tree vets. All staff are caring and very helpful. My dog is so happy to visit, whatever procedure she had last time!! Treatment is excellent.
My cat goes for regular hydrotherapy with Jenny (Physio) due to him having been recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Jenny is great with him, always gentle in her manner and took time at the start to get him used to the environment and the treatment. He has come on so well during this time. I would definitely recommend her if your cat / dog requires this type of service.
Oak Tree Vets is a wonderful vets. The staff are really friendly and the vets really know their stuff. In the 20 years we have been taking our pets to them their diagnoses and advice have been spot on and when it has been time for us to say goodbye to our companions they have advised us with compassion and understanding and left us to make the decision and supported us with grwce and kindness. The vets and nurses are all animal lovers and they show kindness to all animals that pass their doors. I cannot recommend them more highly.
Exceptional service! They gave us great support with Minnie's delivery and the care of her puppies. Now Winnie, one of the pups, is also a happy patient. Always friendly, kind, and very professional. Teddy, Minnie, and Winnie are in the best hands. I recommend them 100%!
Oak tree vets Isa very welcoming friendly staff are polite and helpful. The vets are thorough and good at explaining. What do you think might be wrong I have had no problems with them.
What a wonderful surgery. kind, patient, so good at explaining available options. the vet ( Jen ) took her time & was exceptionally thoughtful with wise words. both hound & owner left feeling happy.
Every time I visit Oak Tree myself and my dog are always welcomed with a friendly face and hello at reception. All the staff will interact with owners and animals while in the waiting room. They usually have plenty of things for you to browse and purchase. The appointments are quick and everything is explained well and for those that like to spread costs... They offer payment plans. I can't speak any higher of this place to be honest.
Andrew was absolutely amazing with our cat Stormy! We were really anxious as she had had a bad experience previously at the vets but he was so great and we could tell she felt at ease with him. What a difference this made to the whole experience. Can't thank him enough for the way he was with her. The receptionist was also so lovely and the 'cat area' in the waiting room was so great for keeping her calm. So lucky this is our local vet!
This is a small and friendly service, where you are made welcome, with a personalised service with the vet who has taken care of your pet from day one, therefor your vet knows your pet and his little ways and ongoing ailments. More importantly you can tell from the way they all are, they really care about what they are doing, probably the best in Edinburgh. Five stars.
